I'm 63 years old but I have to tell you, .... YOU ROCK SON!!!! All those amenities, golf, spa, etc. Hell ya, great place to stay. LOL ... 'the more you do it, the easier it gets". Reminds me of this cop show I watched today on Netflix about a 19-year-old kid that started stealiing stereos. He was scared as hell at first, but he started getting adrenalin rushes from it then advanced to stealing cars. Hey Taylor, Here in Branson, Missouri they have an ordinance that prohibits overnight parking in parking lots because it takes revenue away from all the local mom and pop rv resorts. But here is what you do. Pull into the back lot of a motel where there is enough room and back into a spot. Preferably with no vehicles next to you. Preferably in the late evening right before dark. Spend the night, next morning, go in and get a free breakfast. The reason I say this is because there is a lot of people that travel in campers, rv's or what-ever and justt want a motel room for the night so there is a lot of campers in motel parking lot, or what happens is people visiting here, get rooked into going to time-share presentati0ons for a 3 day 2 night stay at a local motel with a couple of show tickets. So it isn't uncomon to see a camper, RV or what-ever parked behind a motel. As far as staying at police stations, same thing. Parkin the back of their lot, get up in the morning and go in for free donuts!! LOL.

My man if you are worried about the stairs tie a rope to the bottom one. The you can grab it fold it up to the top one and put them up. Maybe put a note on the door so you don't break your legs the next morning.

I’ve never been into vloggers on RU-vid. I was watching some RV stuff when your recommendation popped up. I saw one video, then clicked on another, then I went to your channel and watched some more. I subscribed and you are the only vlogger I actually still watch. I really like your videos, they’re not just typical vlogs like you would normally find on RU-vid. I also like the fact that you just seem so nice and laid-back, and you’re not afraid to get out there and do what you love. Not only that, but you found a hobby in making RU-vid videos. I really enjoy watching you and learning more about RV lifestyle. It must be pretty cool to just wake up, eat, and go drive around. I wouldn’t understand that because I’m just a kid, but I’ve definitely taken in interest in RV’s because of you. Keep it up, man. Also I like that you bought a Chevy. ;)

Thank you so much for showing winter boondocking! I'm going full time this year and I'll be shooting to spend part of the year in a winter environment (love to ski, snowshoe, & sled) so it's helpful to see that others are doing it. :) Also, you have an awesome playful and positive vibe...keep up the good work!

Your truck and camper is a very nice rig. If you were is a old hand painted school bus, I'm sure you would have a knock at the door by the cops in a few hours of parking. I have a real nice Class A and have parked in the same area's you describe and haven't had a problem. I have found most large stores don't mind if you park in their lot as long as you ask the manager first.

A friend of mine was an iron worker who worked on steel structures for commercial buildings and, if the job site was too far to commute, he always took his trailer camper to the job site (lived in it during the week) and left it there. he drove the tow vehicle home on the weekends. Good job.

Great video, I totally agree with and think the exact way as you do when it comes to stealth boondocking. One thing I'd like to add that I'm sure you're aware of but I'm not sure if you mentioned is, I try not to ever stay in the same spot more than one night. But I totally see the appeal with finding the perfect spot that you can stay in multiple nights. You're also right about the excitement of stealth camping being like a game.....kind of a covert like type of mission, it's thrilling.

You are doing a great service Taylor. More and more Canadians will be moving into vehicles full time due to displacement caused by the massive influx of the foreign investor. Canada is open and for sale to the highest bidders, land is being bought up at a record pace out pricing homes way past what a typical Canadian can afford. These videos are a great training and prep tool for the future Canadian citizen, who will need a place to live. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I'm reliving my youth watching you. The game of poaching a spot is almost addictive, in Vancouver I poached a spot for months by parking on the street next to a vacant lot. Across the street were condos. People must have thought I lived in the condos and left to work every morning. I even got away with using leveling boards so I could sleep. In the days I'd hang out in Stanley Park, our using the day use parking at beaches and parks. I found any public street on the side where no buildings are built, next to retaining walls and vacant lots. Can you pull those stairs up from inside your camper? That may increase your comfort zone.

Great Boondocking / Stealth spots i've found, Apartment bld parking lots, hotel parking lots - some with free wifi, residential streets, rest stops, any road off a highway in the middle of no where, construction sites (weekends), least favorite is Walmart as its busy/noisy ,yet does work , Primitive natl forest CG, BLM land anywhere, Natl. forest side roads, or in front of friends or family house, finally a business park or a gas station allowing parking. Arriving late leave early and black out your windows. I don't stay or use any RV parks due to many reasons! I've owned a truck camper since 11/1987

How does the dually handle on snow and slick roads? I have a crewcab dually with aluminum flatbed and 9.5' camper. aluminum sides on flatbed fold up and lock, and it gives you almost 2'x8' of extra storage on each side. Pickup is a 4WD, but I haven't used it in the snow since putting a dually rear end under it. Also, great video!

If you don't want your stairs down, bring them up. Get yourself a length of rebar from home depot bend the ends into a hook. All you'd need is about 4 feet, with the door open hook the stairs and pull them up, or even a length of rope would work

I don't need to do stealth camping because I have a place to keep my truck and camper and I can 'camp out' there. I have a 30 amp hookup. However, I only do boondocking otherwise. I boondong in the local national forest. The AF990 is good for boondocking. The AF990 has 2 7 gal propane tanks and 59gal of fresh water so one should be good for 2 weeks in the boonies with a little conservation. Boondocking is camping in the sticks where there is no TV, cell phone as well as no water or electricity. I find that I need different types of food when boondocking. I use gas cooking when I don't have electricity. I can start the generator and use the microwave but I don't like this because it isn't efficient. I also have 170 watts of solar but that doesn' t help much because I am lucky to get 1 amp of charging. When I am boondocking in the sticks, I like to propane directly as much as possible.
