I love the idea of Ruckus being so goddamn black that every other person in the world is mixed race compared to him. Just imagine...seriously imagine...hundreds of thousands of years without any genetic drift. Ruckus is for black men what people who live in isolated villages in Iceland are for white people.
That may be the whole point of Ruckus's entire characterization. Ruckus is supposed to be an exact opposite of Huey who would appear to represent the more politically charged civil rights era of Black History in emulation of previous civil rights leaders and movements. Ruckus on the other hand venerates White people even to his own detriment, which could be interpreted as symbolic of societal practices that sought to suppress and erase black culture. He even convinces himself that he is white.
Uncle Ruckus just looks disheveled, white Ruckus looks like the creepy old pervert that gets smashed to death by the main character for bothering his love interest in some D list anime
To be honest this was just the typical or normal homur back in the days ppl are just way too over-sensitive nowadays and see this as a abomination or something?
In a way, this is so sad. I feel so sad for Uncle Ruckus, he's living in a world where he's "cursed" with exactly the thing he hates the most, and there's no escape. Self loathing is a bitch.
I appreciate these shows that also drop some real history facts for those paying attention. Yes, Reagan DID in fact, help cause the Crack epidemic in the 80’s. I love little details like that.
@@guilhermeshiba3135 lol this dude is commenting on comments that have no response, because apparently that does something. Reagan wasn't the best president, but not because of the reasons people claim.
yet I had a girl giving a speech how she was mad she didn't get into a school(not community college wateva...) so she was in my orientation of course had to be "affirmative action" fault... blah blah... yet this girl had a private education her whole life and still made only basic 500ish scores while I was thankful to even be going to college and in that orientation even though would be a lot to pay with 600+-700+ on all my scores. please give me a break... After all the private schools, tutoring and everything else middle and upper class can offer their kids.... we are still the demons >_>
HrHaakon Ok....one...more violent? Have you seen ALL if European History? 2: Minorities are given less money and resources compared to white majority schools. 3: I'd vote for Republicans of THEY HADNT PICKED SOME OF THE BIGGEST ASSHOLES THIS SIDE OF THE PLANET.
@dedrick suggz IF IT ISN'T WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU RESPONDING IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN YOU KNOW WELL THAT I'M TALKING ABOUT THE FUCKING JOKE
@dedrick suggz nigga i kept telling you, over and over, that it was because he said "ya ain't black" but your dumbass wanted to be political even though i KEPT telling you i was talking about the joke, your dumbass sat there and ignored that and then said some random shit about Joe Biden, you responded to a guy telling the joke, god forbid people actually TALK ABOUT THE JOKE
If you pause at 0:08 you can see on the right that the doors are silver instead of gold for the "lesser races". The detail in this show is unmatched 😂😂😂
@Grant Long believe it or not i don't think whoopi goldberg of all people is looking through youtube comments. idk why you think this is so personal but just a heads up; it's not. you're basically being twitter rn. taking everything personally without stopping to consider any logic and immediately going to cancelling. i bet you cancel people who make race jokes too, huh?
Andrew Forsyth February is Black History Month. It's when African Americans, or other races who also celebrate Black History Month, take the time to remember those who made history. Slaves, inventors, entertainers, etc.
@Zyrac Hammond You haven't seem what I've seen. White supremacist can be very convincing. I hated being black (or at least African American) for a while.
Yeah, imagine not knowing obvious things without being explicitly told. I don't have time to be aware of the world around me; my insular little bubble is far too comfy. :)
Even if you agree with nothing Ruckus says, what good can a bla ck person say that Jesse Jackson truly did for them lol. He literally is the type of guy that wants there to be problems, so he can continue his career complaining about them. Booker T Washington spoke about the Jesse Jackson types all the way back then too
The first three seasons of this series were such a delight, aside from just taking me into a different world. The humor was relentless, but moreover, I never heard it get enough credit for its style and basic quality of animation and art, to include the music. Through music, color, angles and truly good art, it always really brought me into the scenes. I could really feel like I was listening to family chatter in a town called Woodcrest. When the story turned to an action sequence, the japanime style was showcased and really exhibited what the animators were capable of, and made the comedy-action all the better.
+True Pride It was spectacular. They went above and beyond. I remember great action sequences when Huey faced off with Ruckus too, and the softball episode. It wasn't just the action sequences though; all the cut-scenes and other shots were great too.
I'd like to mention that Mormonism is weird enough to actually be canon in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 7 and honestly be completely reasonable. After all, that arc had a couple of brokeback mountain cowboys on a mission from Jesus to kill the President while on the run from a guy who turns into a pack of Utahraptors.
as an black person It hilirious how he said he did everything he could to make there life miserable. I laugh at just the blatant honesty. if only politicians was really like this. show you an devil
@@elodin857 if that’s how u looked at it, then I guess so. Even tho everyone knows that’s the opposite of what it’s talking about, u have the right to ur own shitty opinion :)
@@Adeon55 People who aren't in a good financial spot being forced to to have kids is a fucking bad thing. People who are rape/incest victims (especially underage girls) being forced to have kids because the state they live in doesn't have exceptions is a very fucking bad thing. And even if a mom just puts the child up for adoption, the whole pregnancy process is still a major financial drain on the mom, and it just results in more kids being put into an already crowded foster care system. None of this is a good thing.
@@KMC5240 Outside of incredibly rare circumstances, like the father who locked his daughter up to rape her for years, no one is being "forced to have kids". And abortion availability wouldn't help in such a case, anyway. In a less strange rape situation, you can take Plan B. You can closely monitor for pregnancy and still get an early abortion. And back to the actual point, why are we talking about this anyway? I still haven't heard how Clarence Thomas potentially increasing the black population makes him a race traitor.
@@svevskyexactly. 700,000 black babies aborted every year, rape and incest account for an extremely small portion of those. Planned parenthood was population control from the beginning.
@@gottaloveme90210eh it's more showing that he thinks all his problems will be solved if his skin color changes, but having different skin wouldn't help him at all he'd still be crazy
@@andreingramakadjscrewrip7372 i guess that the video i sent is deleted. this is another video where you can see that Uncle Ruckus was black and that he had black parents. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8q-6Y-e7HZI.html
I hear it everywhere it's always too loud and often at night. I hte everyone who makes and listens to that "music". Only applies to modern music tho, jazz is ok
haha I love this eposide. I like the part when uncle Ruckus tells people to put their hand on a black man and pray for him then turn your hand into a fist and beat the black out of him. :P
The funniest thing of this whole satire is you know there are a group of people watching this video going “hmm, that actually sounds like a really good place”
Fuckin' great eye. I argued they probably did it purposely to cut corners in the animation budget: the motion of their walking movement was kinda off too and it's cheaper reusing the same frames instead of making a unique individual frame for every lip movement of Reagan talking. They probably were expecting viewers to be so focused on Uncle Ruckus (no relation) in the center of the shot that the viewers wouldn't notice Reagan's mouth.
