Same problem i’ve encountered, just bought this one, it seems the other earbud isn’t function, the Left earbud although it’s fully charged, may i ask wat to do? Or do you have a video how to make it work? Thank u

Mine kept turning off and would not charge.. I then discovered there was a blue waxy substance on the connectors on each of the earpieces. Scraped it off, now charging - both red light are on! Hopefully they’ll sound a bit better with a full charge. 🤞

Why does when I'm charging both the airpods, the left one is displaying red lights only and the right one is blinking in red and blue light? Hoping for your help/response. Thanks
