@@rekharikhari8849 in the sanctioned projects the organisation where the person works is given. The proposal format may be the typical dst format. You could ask any of the former awardees or write an email to dst for clarification.

No there are many private colleges that hire master and even bachelor degree people as instructors. They would prefer a PhD but sometimes they don’t get them in some fields.
You need to ask yourself what do you want to do for the future? Teaching, research or industry job. What are the skills and education through which you can contribute?

@@gopalchandrasardar3263 You could ask the Indian high commission for information on programs to do postdoc in India. Also, you can search in Google and send some emails to professors in Indian universities in your area. They have know about funding etc.
