I have a PS4 Slim I put an SSD HDD in it, it’s like a whole new PS it loads really quick the frame rate is noticeably higher gonna find out my true frame rate later I’ve heard you press F3 or F8 on a keyboard to get a FPS counter on PS4/5

Swap your hard drive out with an ssd. I did it in my ps4 slim and it's so much faster and doesn't lag in menus and the home screen and loading times are extremely short

Same. I did a 2 TB SSD and turned off the home screen feature which uses internet speeds to show what's titles are for sale.

Ps4 also rebuilds database when you unplug it while its on and the turn it back on. But its not recommended

Open up your PS4 and clean it out….if it is super loud and shutting down…the heat sink is clogged. Easy to do👍🏻

Not quite sure, external HDD uses USB interface, however, the internal HDD of the ps4 uses SATA interface. Better load the entire contents of your external HDD to the ps4 then try rebuilding database

Yes, but turning on boost mode only enhances pre ps4 pro games, the ps4 pro games are already optimized for you, so doing anything described in this video will not help at all.

If it’s very buggy laggy try setting your TV to game mode if that’s an option on your TV. It took my lag completely away

Will someone tell me what this actually does...All I got from doing this was a thousand downloads...it took 3 days for all the downloads to finish...I do have a ton of games but damn...I don't notice any upgrade or at least I don't know what to look for in an upgrade

It is not an upgrade in any way, it simply fixes fragmentation in the software code so the automatic processes work in the way they were meant to without getting throttled by absent or fractured data. And no, this will not help with download speeds.
