Another term you'll hear a lot in this landscape is "operating model." But don't let the fancy term intimidate you. It's all about integrating business practices into dentistry. Think systems, organizational structure, accountability, and making your dental office more efficient and profitable.
Now, some of you might feel resistant to these business-oriented changes. But let's embrace the infusion of business knowledge into dentistry. It means better training for dentists and office managers, leading to a more organized practice. It also means happier teams, better patient care, and healthier practices overall.
