I’m on my third j9+.. I will say customer service has been more than helpful, very professional, and they have replaced my unit twice already because of navigational issues on the first one and the second one just simply stopped running, but it was going haywire just before it died. What was interesting was the first two came out of one location and the third one came out of a different location that was based in California . This third unit is operating pretty well. I do have to reset it maybe once a week especially if it gets stuck or has any issues that make it stop during its mission but ultimately it is making life easier with three dogs in the house and we hope it continues to work as it should.
