A great New Years party was had in the Lionel and MTH O gauge/scale Train Room! Check out some of the beauties we got to see running the rails that night! Plus we took a trip to a local friend Brads impressive layout!
What a great gathering of collectors, Zach! I'm sure everyone had a good time. Brad's "Train Room" looked more like a train shop. Unbelievable number of locos and rolling stock and layouts! It's mind boggling to view a collection so massive. And that was a great train running session at your train room. So many friends over for a New Year's visit. Happy and Healthy New Year to you all!
The opening train room was absolutely incredible! What a fantastic layout with all of the different levels. WOW!! What a way to bring in the new year! Happy New Year!👍🤩
My favorites - the Tropicana freight and the Blue Comet standard gauge. Happy New Year but please remember that it is still "Yuletide" and that today is the 9th day of Christmas.
Two things .. I don’t know how much aisle room you have between the two layouts. Especially on the inner wall side as you’re looking at your layout. And two I’m not sure if you want to create a duck under to keep the loop design with an opening in the middle. That said - my idea was to ( if you have the aisle space) to make it a “U” shape with the back leg extending past the side that goes out doors and folding back on itself so you enter not straight on but at an angle. While it is a U one side almost touches the other and loops back while the longer leg loops back itself giving you access without having to duck under. I’m excited to see what you come up with. Great seeing you again at Tony’s this past weekend.. Tom
Had a great time, thank you again for having us over! & more importantly… have a happy new year 💪 PS… what horrible looking FEC engines. Those should go right in the garbage 🤣
What a great way to ring in the New Year- with family, friends... and trains! Brad's train room is on a whole other level. Literally. So many other levels! Thanks, Zach!
