Definitely overpriced....environmental fees?? Really ..it should be paid by the local municipality... dont know why beaches in the Phil. have an entrance fee... it should be free and maintained by the local govt. .... and dogs everywhere?? ( dogs should be prohibited....just imagine poop in the sand) the next goal of the dept.of tourism or whichever dept. should be focused on eradicating this kind of system... almost all of our wonderful beaches are privately owned... a beautiful place.. such a shame

The reason why nobody goes there is because it's horribly overpriced. You can go to similar beaches for free. They're destroying their own business by making the prices so high for very basic services. Seriously. 5000 pesos ($100) a day for a badly furnished room? o_O Activities not included? That's expensive even for foreigners, insane for locals.

Taga bataan ako & ngayon lang ako nakarinig ng ganyan kamahal na cottage to think na hindi pa kilala yung place. Obviously the real price is 300 per night sa cottage & 500 sa room. oo nga hindi na nahiya , hindi nya ba alam naipopromote ni basel yung lugar nila , paano pupuntahan ng tourist yan , tinataga nyo , tapos may entrance fee pa , punta kayo sa thailand walang entrance fee at maintain pa kalinisan ng beach. paano kayo dadayuhin , makakita kayo turista mata nyo nagiging dollar.

Grabe nman entrance 200 dto s cebu magandang resort 20 pesos lng at c ate twice cnabi na 300 ang cottage tpos naging 3k na agad..dto 1200 lng may pool at beach na maganda ano ba yan ang mahal!when you go to bicol Legaspi city visit the subic matnog no entrance and the beach is a bit pink..
you need to clarify the prices, that lady doesnt seem to understand, maybe that price is all inclusive of resort activities. why it’s that expensive, they have to put it down to reasonable price, so many people will go there.
They give a price - a price for tourist, even tourist will say it’s expensive...hehehe....they should add more garden to make it look more expensive...
Worst beach resoet ever. Dito kami last summer. Hindi kaya ng genset magsupply ng kuryente tendency patay ang aircon. Walang maganda amenities at sobrang mahal.
Seriously?? 5K for that small basic room? Way too overpriced!! It's like at that moment you are being scammed!! And if it was, that's an utter shame!! 😒
