"Borat wouldn't survive in today's age" Borat barely survived in the time the first film was being made! He practically started a riot at an event in the deep south and legitimately nearly got swarmed by a stadium full of rednecks when he made fun of the national anthem.
Borat- Wine tasting clip is by far the greatest and most legendary thing he has done, he actually drank all the wine that you see him drink, he was off his head AND still stayed in character.
Ahahaha it is legendary & yeah he stays in character but…… Only just at the end when he says something like “my parents never love me” & nearly starts losing it, but yeah he Is a True Professional!!? 👍💯
He got like 300 warrants issued or something for this film as lot of US groups didn't know he was joking lmao... he said it in an interview later. He's banned from visiting kazakastan forever too
The Dictator is probably my favourite movie of his, especially how it was marketed. The brothers Grinsby was also really good, especially the elephant scenes.
my favorite scene in The Dictator was when he was complimented at the floral shop or whatever it was for being such a nice man, and his reaction was like "what the hell did you just say to me?" i never forgot that 😂
There was an interview with Johnathan Ross where he says he goes into the interviees before hand inncharacter and convinces them he is an idiot. Lulls them into believing he is the character. Sheer genius of a man
And no-one understands it less the yanks. When Ali G interviews Brits they either get it or have a measured response. When interviewing USA citizens, they take offence and show their ignorance.
You have to watch the Ali G movie and remember WEST Side is Zee best! Boy-aka-sha! Loving the reactions as always lads and yeah, it’s a new comment! 👍🏻🇬🇧🇺🇸
I love watching you, and other Americans reacting to UK comedy, I always thought we were the polar opposite when it comes to jokes, although obviously we can get away with more brutal stuff than you guys, perhaps why you love it so much!! Respect 👊🏼
The funniest episode is where he visits some conservative American women, I recommend that one. There's one where he visits an American cowboy bar and gets these cowboy types singing about how they hate Jews. His characters uncover a lot bigotry.
Definitely check out Sachas interviews out of character, he's very intelligent and well spoken He's done quite a few interviews in character too, they're all goated
Guys don't do the movies yet ..there's so many borat clips from the original TV series which came out years before ..he used to do a borat spot on each ali g episode
There's a mountain of Ali g, Borat and Bruno material out there but he did a similar style of show called "who is America?" Which was brilliant but is rarely reacted to on RU-vid despite being some of his best material. As Americans that show may be of particular interest.
The movies are AMAZING particularly when he spends time with a load of neanderthal men I'm surprised he's never been beaten up so far he's sooooo funny love Sasha ❤️
The ‘feminist’ who walked out was a poor representative of women. No-one, even if they didn’t have a heads up that he’s a comedian could have kept a straight face. Here is one woman who laughed as much as you lot.
The producers have them describe him as a confused foreign reporter and have them sign release forms before it starts they probably found the group then asked to interview them for his country so to be respectful they don’t make fun of him for being Different
