Well done on the Kate Paul. Never heard of using car wax to get the worn paint look but the result was fantastic. Looking forward to the armor and ship build.👏👏👍
Looks incredibly magnificent Paul, that's a great work of art you've done with that BN52 Kate torpedo bomber, looks like a real life weathered aircraft shrunken down to 1/35 scale. Looks awesome, really does.. you've done a fantastic job and against problems you've had with decals.. that's a testament indeed. Well done Paul, great work.. so your going onto ground armor with a rail wagon next? Awesome.. if you fancy some realistic looking ballast for any track you might have there's a lot of model train sites that supply realistic ballast, I say that with authority because I plan to make a 1/35 K5 railway gun in the future. HMS Exeter is the next ship? Wow.. you know the legends indeed, your a master my friend, well done.. looking forward to the next episode, get yourself a good drink and have one on me. Stay safe and happy modelling mate 👏👍
Dear Mr P, I think your HMS Exeter will be a nice job- I hope the PE doesn’t take too long! As far as a kit to do, I have a Tempest coming which looks like it might be a good one. Also, I was given a Revell SR71 about a year ago (!!) and did a review but never started it. That’s in 1/48 so it’s quite large. I’m you would like the Kotare Spitfire as well. I’ll stop now as I could go on!! Nice job on the Kate- excellent in fact… Kind regards, Z
