Border around Picture-in-Picture for Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (ver19) 

I tried finding out how to add a border around my picture-in-picture with my video editing software, Adobe Premiere Elements; but all the videos seemed to refer to Adobe Premiere Pro.
I've made this video because I'm fairly sure there are others who have the same questions.
After viewing some of the videos for Premiere Pro, and fiddling about, I determined how I could do it in Adobe Premiere Elements.
Two methods are shown. 1 using manual changes and then another utilising the presets included in this version of Adobe Premiere Elements.
Not sure if this will make a difference but I'm on Windows 10.
If you're interested, I recorded the screen using some open source software OBS Studio 29.1.3 and then editing in Adobe Premiere Elements.
