Did you know the emperor is actually really powerful? They actually gave it a feature no one noticed where if you carry it through out the rest of the playthrough, you can walk over to the vault gate and throw it off the cliff. This encourages the player to then get a better SMG.
There comes a point when playing a game over and over again where you do it without actually realizing it. I have a month played on both south park games and all the birderlands games (except tales) and I would start a play then subconsciously complete the side quest and explore the maps. Then it hits me like. Why am I doing this. Welp might as well.
@@w4tt58 Yeah, feel like im always over level cause i wanted to farm, farming is so relaxing, repeating over and over while listening to music or audiobook, just zone out
@@w4tt58 eh I think it's one thing doing all the sidequests before continuing the main quest and a completely different thing to farm the same thing over and over on purpose
The one time where you would actually want to get the Veruc from Mobley and not the Lyuda from Gettle. And this is probably also the one time where get you dozens of Lyuda drops but not a single Veruc.

This Maya playthrough is gonna be fun to watch, She was my first ever character in BL2 back on the PS3. I love seeing her being played in a Challenge like this

I'm really excited for this run, Dahl is probably my favourite weapons manufacturer. Also, I love your allegiance runs! They're always very entertaining :) And Joltz, the emperor is a lot better than you think! You just have to get one with decent parts and remember to ADS, otherwise it's a lot slower and less precise. I like using it on Zer0, as it's quite accurate when zoomed and good for scoring crits + stacking Rising Sh0t. Maybe I'll tune in to tomorrow's stream!
I've only recently gotten Borderlands 2 (the Steam collection, the one that gives you all the DLCs and the Pre-Sequel for 20 bucks), and completed my first Normal Mode run. Late into it, I got a Corrosive Dahl Plasma Caster, which I then proceeded to tear my way through Sawtooth Cauldron with. I think I also killed the Warrior with that thing, too. So yeah, you could say I have a soft spot for the Plasma Caster.
The dhal Etec sniper has to be my favourite Dhal weapon in BL2. It fires so fast that you'll get all 3 shots off before the gun kicks and it kicks HARD. Its just so satisfying to use because it feels substantial. Back in the day with community patch, it was my go to sniper with Maya. Less good on zero because only the first shot gets deception bonus.
Been wanting to watch a Dahl run from you forever Joltz, I've got a Dahl allegiance Axton going and it's pretty tough in UVHM so I'm going to learn from you 😊
I'm doing a Dahl Axton run in BL2 Reborn. The Verruc was upgraded and the allegiance relic decreases the fire time inbetween bursts to almost nothing. The Verruc now shreds and It's a blast to play.
