Ive never actually done digistruct peak as i just stop at level 72 and bloody hell this looks seriously hard! Totally agree with you about the hornet as well dude, such an underrated gun. I always have to get one for every one of my characters.

The Hornet is an awesome pistol. It was one of my main weapons when going through OP levels with Maxa (Lyuda was the main weapon). I didn't wanted to reset my playthrough just for the Sandhawk. Sandhawk isn't needed for the Peak when you have Lyuda and Hornet

I think your bad RNG was well compensated with luck elsewhere :-) Oh, and a grenade build without the skill Grenadier is also idea, but then again it was more a splash build. This was fun to watch!
I don't spec into that skill since grenades drop enough. I rarely ever ran out of grenades in battle. I'd prefer to put those points into Crysis Management :)
I just want to add something about Storm... Even if it sucks. As you know those lighhtnings for dot are based on weapon gun damage. What you don't mind know that AMP shot boost it too. Something for Gaige players i think.
I know it's just for Catalyst build. Well those lighting are autotarget at least, ok with Anarchy. But still, I don't think that Dot-build could be reliable at OP8

Even still, you're really good. What would you recommend for a good maya build though. Right now, I'm centered in a lot of health and health regen with a side of smg damage.
i finally got an ahab from master gee.....been killing hyperius left and right...got 2 slag norfleets was hoping for a corrosive or fire....guess the grind goes on...thanks jolt✊
Which one is stronger? a shock weapon or a non elemental weapon? element variant have reduced base damage and useful elements for offense are fire and corrosive. I see shock as not a flexible and versatile element for multi purpose use.
I'm level 41 Axton now. Having quite a good time with him. Do you think that I should invest time in leveling him to 72(my first char) or switch to another character that is more efficient or fun at end game? Axton perks seems bit underwhelming compared i.e. to Krieg or Mech, but he looks more solid gameplay wise. Less wicked rng more strategy. I also hate kill skills...
Joltzdude139 thanks for reply! i was thinking about playing mech but it is so hard to keep anarchy stacks on PS4. Reload and Pick Up/Use is the same button and often game register it twice and reload after picking up things.. Krieg looks fun tho, maybe i will try him rather theb crippling myself playing Axton ;)
MoLMF, Derch, LazyData, Craig, Triad Thunder, and Demonite have all done reviews I recommend. Man of Low Moral Fiber had a series called "Does it Suck" that was really good. Derch does great reviews in his "Top Gear" series but they're all focused around Maya. LazyData does some good stuff. His is less refined in some ways but demonstrates some things no one else does. Also, his is less centered around a single character. Craig has done some good ones recently on various guns, generally for Sal, but applies to others, as well. Triad and Demonite are centered on Axton, they're the best for that character. Gaige doesn't have many (any?) active RU-vidrs anymore, but some older videos from Dear Doctor Dumbass and Pokashine had some informative, but low quality (like 360p, unedited) videos. Krieg Crazy and Bew are the only 2 guys I watch for Krieg but that's only because I really don't like Bahroo. For Zero's gun guides apart from MoLMF, just check his recommended channels list, they're all focused on Zero and some of the best BL2 player's I've seen. Sorry for the dissertation, just trying to help.
Those are the same guns that I use on Blodsplosion Kreig, although I use the Baby Maker more that the Plasma Caster, I seem to do more damage with Kreig and the Baby Maker than I do with Plasma Caster.
The Baby Maker is sort of a gamble. It either does more or less damage depending on how well it was thrown. The split projectiles can also down you a lot :/
Yeah I mostly only have to use it against large enemies, so I am probably hitting with both projectiles most of the time, plus with blood lust stacks he is doing so much damage that probably doesn't matter much for mobs. Did you say gamble? Kreig? LOL.
Tbh, axton does pretty well on his own in the peak. I had a much easier time soloing it with axton than I did with krieg and even zero (though zero was the first time I did it), and I've done it with every character except maya so far. Plus I didn't even have to use a grog
