I used to dislike first person shooters until a friend had me play this with him. The dialogue was so hilarious that it made up for the fact that I suck at aiming. Handsome Jack has so many great lines like in the Tiny Tina dlc: "Oh hey, quick update. uh...I got bored. I'm not gonna lie. I ordered my men to kill the queen anyway. They're probably using her head as a soccer ball right now. See ya soon!" Bulletstorm is another fps on ps3 that's a lot of fun. It has a variety of ways to attack so if you're like me and have trouble aiming fast, you might enjoy it.

I have the Handsome Jack Collection. It has Borderlands 1,2, and the not so great Presequal + all DLCs on the Switch. They all run really well and look great. Aside from Zelda and Witcher 3, Borderlands is a series I will never get tired of

Anyone else almost never fuck with shotguns in this game? I maybe kept one or two if they were absolute bangers with good accuracy and a scope, and then still rarely used them.

Fps games are my favorite genre. Although I don't like any games where you kill humans such as call of duty or other similar games. Duke nukem 3d is one of my favorites. It was actually really good on n64 back in the day. I owned all versions, pc, Playstation, sega saturn, and I still like the n64 version the best.

Idk if Mike reads the RU-vid, but as a big fan of the series, the most fun you will have is playing with a friend. Although you can play alone, it's meant to play with friends. Glad you're finally checking these games out!

Couple years ago I started playing Borderlands 2 to find people to add to my friend list on steam. And I played Borderlands 2 and Pre Sequel every day in next 6 months.

Again not much to add to Borderlands but in regards to First Person Shooters: -Wondering if you might consider playing Perfect Dark for N64 on stream one day. Since you liked Goldeneye (though I don't know whether you like it more for the multiplayer rather than the single player campaign) and Perfect Dark is pretty similar to it gameplay wise, it might be up your alley. Trying it out myself currently as well. -I know your opinion about Star Wars but that old Star Wars Doom-like game "Dark Forces" might also be a game you might like. -Regarding FPS in general, you are really lucky, Mike, that you didn't grow up in Germany during that era. I might have mentioned it before but Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D and stuff all were pulled off the shelf because they landed on the index of the German Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons and thus, you could not advertise or sell them out in the open. Goldeneye also got quickly shelved (I was lucky enough to buy it during the brief period when it was available befored it got indexed), Perfect Dark never got a release here in Germany and the first Turok got a sort-of Probotector treatment with the human enemies turned into robots. Don't even get me started on the GTA games. It took until the 2010s for this shit to stop. The first Borderlands actually got released with censorship here but the second one was the first one without any alterations done to it. A game I'd like to see Mike play: Fallout: New Vegas. The radio station in that I think he'd really appreciate, with such classics as 🎵 I got spurs that jingle jangle jingle *JINGLE JANGLE* as I goooooooo right-a merrily aloooooong *JINGLE JANGLE* 🎵 And who could forget 🎵Like the feller once said: ain't that a kick in the head? 🎵 I think you'd enjoy that game for the soundtrack alone, but also for the funny stuff that happens. Just play it on very easy, tho, because the enemies are bullet sponges and you're made of wafer-thin glass.

Never thought mike would enjoy this. He would like Tina's Wonderland 😂

I love all borderlands games. Borderlands 3 gets a lot of undeserved shit. It is a great game, people give it shit because the villains aren’t as charismatic and likeable as Handsome jack from part 2. In terms of gunplay borderlands 3 is superior.

I got these on Xbox, pc, and switch. They are fun and enjoyable. But I have had every glitch that you have had on every system. The weird part is that all the glitches only happen when in multi player and when someone else is hosting. Been like like that for me on all 3 systems.

Im surprised you haven’t found the Minecraft area. If you go back to the area where you had to push that mine cart…you will find it. You have to jump off cliffs to get there.

Mike, give finally Doom 3 a chance, be it OG or BFG-Edition. Yes its different from the rest of the series, but still a great game.

I actually like the DLCs of Borderlands 3 better than the base game. But overall, Borderlands 3 is a lot of fun 😊😊😊

Hi. Had fun watching you play. Inspired me to play it again on my ps3. I was using the Commando, since I really like that gun turret he spawns in. I know you didn't like the sniper rifle, but that's how I dealt with the constructors since they are weak if you shoot their constructor beam "eye".

lol b2 is the worst 1.. too many stupid robots b3 is fine, then u have tiny teeners adventures . plus the handsome jack shit.... idk 2 was the worst for me and thats the 1 ive finished.

This game is fun as shit. Was very surprised tbh. Not an overall TON of replay value, but still a super good time the first time or two.

yep, this is definitely the borderlands 2 co-op experience - being constantly one or 2 tapped over and over again and enemies taking a million hits to kill.

The infinity pistol you have to beat a boss for it theres so much to do in that game and you talk about borderlands 3 ha ha ha you have no idea

You should play some dlc thw Christmas one is cool but the best dlc is the Halloween one that one is awesome

So Mike there are much rarer gun variants then orange legendary weapons, E-Tech (magenta), Seraph (pink), pearlescent(Cyan), and effervescent (Rainbow) which is exclusive to the DLC Commander Lilith and the fight for sanctuary.

Good to see you're finally playin' through this. Hit some up more of the cast of Who's the Boss and see if you can get the whole crew fighting Handsome Jack.

So you’re going to have to play through this game like two more times to unlock Ultimate Vault Hunter mode so you can farm for some legendary weapons and items.

This takes me back 10 years to my PS3 days. I want to play Borderlands again now.

Just beat this today, i also beat mario rpg today too i love beating two games back to back! I am gonna play borderlands 3 and no more heros 3 tomorrow and hopefully catch a mike streammmm 😊
