I don’t understand why people would dislike this I mean, and absolutely no disrespect to you Joltz I think you’re awesome, the channel in relative terms is fairly small not like the “big” channels that people would stumble into and if they do know of you do people intentionally dislike your videos cause as far as I know the Borderlands community is super duper friendly and loving

For this build do I have to have a fire fibber or will any ricochet fibber work with the sheriffs badge.

You should try to farm for the quickest recharge delay shield, the fastest I've found is 1.17. With the siren's abilities you can get it down to 0.7 which is insane.

In my opinion the best norfleet for any character would be maliwan grip swap speed prefix tourge sight and vladof exhaust. It's also probably the best one for speedruns too

I found out that the Kiss of Death actually does DoT whenever the child grenades are stuck on an enemy, and whem said enemy dies does it actually release the homing healing balls. So it might be a good thing to have a 10 second fuse? But probably only in normal mode.

So is Hyperius’s voice lines the bruiser voice lines but deeper and slowed?

What about a raid boss that’s setting is somewhere in a factory and there’s a button outside the arena that puts all the loot in the arena along a conveyer belt outside the arena and has the money/crystals/eridium on one belt, and weapons sorted onto the other.
