BORDERLANDS 3 Character Dialogue Differences PART 3 [Amara, FL4K, Zane, Moze]

Zane talking to Tumorhead and watching as a psycho mask rolled down the stairs made the line for me

I really hate that Maya died the way she did. She was such a sweetheart in BL3, did you see how eager she was to help Lilith? She put her safety above her own and volunteered to do all the fighting until she got her powers back and they just axed her off because they want Ava in the spotlight for the next game. To rub salt in the wound nobody cared, or showed that they cared, except Zer0 and Ava, of the playable cast Fl4k and Amara were the most comforting to Ava. When Roland died Lilith was horrified and enraged, in BL3 she's like "Eh. Well, that sucks. Time to move on."

Zane and Fl4k seeing a guardian. Something new I can kill.

I love how they are all equally weirded out by the entirety of the ratch mission

Amara: “I don’t want your weak ass rhymes.” My respect for Amara has been increased by tenfold.

I feel bad that you have to sit through so many cutscenes waiting to be able to skiddadle along

For all the dryness and monotone of Amara's lines, I found her consolation to Ava to be the best suited to the tragedy.

FL4K's dialogue to Ava on Sanctuary after Maya's death feels the most genuine to me out of the four for some reason.

Terry and Glenn were actually surprisingly wholesome.

Honestly man, with how much time this takes(trust me, I know after sinking over 100 hours already myself), take your time. Don't exhaust yourself or ruin the game for yourself just for our viewing pleasure. I'm happy to wait for quality content. Go play Destiny and have fun!

Amara is the rap god in addition to the god of muscles, rough housing, and somehow excelling in unarmed combat despite being a spell caster.

Also Maya's death was so stupid and forced just saying. Wanted more of her and Krieg.

Actually, if you havent killed katagawa when meeting his sister, she will tell you a different line

"Someday, when you're old enough, we'll get absolutely shitefaced and sing songs about her 'til our throats go hoarse" That's a legitimately touching line. Especially from someone like Zane.

just the dialogue alone is why Zane is the best vault hunter out of BL3

People be out here saying zane is the weakest or just average when it comes to gameplay. Though you cant deny that when it came to diaoluge, the voice actor nailed his personality. i cant help but love his sense of humor and attitude

9:20 - I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised how Amara is the best at comforting someone else. When I first saw the character trailers i thought she would be "Brick but with powers" but she was a more gentle/calm side to her and you find that out very early in the story. Even if her voice lines are not the funniest (thanks Fl4k and Zane) I enjoyed playing her a lot

Anybody else notice that the lost staff of Mt Schuler is a reference to one of the objectives you were supposed to do in Claptrap's Secret Stash mission from BL2 before you found the locker? In fact, all the other objectives are also given by Claptrap as other side missions in this game.

16:37 I'm having flashbacks to what happened when the Vault Hunters tried to help Dr. Zed with a patient in Borderlands 2.

I love how they are all "no no no" when Glenn starts to go to Terry, but go "okay, have fun" when he starts eating.

When Zane is insulting somebody he gives a curve sense of insulting instead of a pointy sense like the 3 other characters like he insults 3rd the target and himself a little bit or includes himself I love it

I can't finish watching this (or the rest of the series) because I haven't finished playing through (I'm RIDICULOUSLY slow at finishing games). But I'll be back when I have finished to watch this any the rest of the series. Thank you, once again, for all the time you took to make these. They make me very happy.

Zane consoling Ava after Maya’s death is one of my favorite lines ever. The one time he’s doesn’t crack a joke. Just the tone of his voice hits different.

Fun fact: Amara is voiced by the actress of Halo from Young Justice. If Troy Baker voiced Rhys, it would be a Halo and Brion reunion.

All the other characters comfort Ava after Maya dies (Zane especially) While Moze basically just says "Yep she dead, k lets get back to work"
