Borderlands 3 (PC) issue - dark matter 

Borderlands 3 is giving me this dark matter randomly. I'd say it happens about 20% of the gaming time.
Once this happens, the only way to get rid of it is to look away until all dark matter is out of the view.
All my other games are running fine, so don't think it's my hardware problem.
OS: Windows 10
DirectX: 11
Visual settings: Medium Default
CPU: Intel 8700K
GPU: MSI GTX1080
MB: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 Z370
