I was hoping Axton and Gaige would have had something to say about Nisha and Wilhelm. I could imagine the conversation going like this: Athena: "...Nisha and I didn't see always eye to eye, but she was one of the best marksmen I've ever fought alongside." Axton: "Pfft. She wasn't a better shot than Zer0. He blew that bitch's head clean off back in Lynchwood." They could also express disbelief that Clap-Trap was ever actually useful for something other than opening doors.

In the end we se Sir Hammerlock catching Clap trap, and going to southern shelf, so He discovers that clap is só fucking boring and send her to... Her house. And vault hunters are died by Jack, and clap trap found 6 vault hunter that not died.
The_MechLord Uhh, no. The Parts where Lilith, Brick, and Mordecai are after Sanctuary had been teleported. Meaning when the end cutscene came around, you know it's after Jack was killed. This is after the cutscene with the eridian, and Gaige mentions the line "War is coming".
No Piotr The_MechLord is right. When you are playing through this in the presequel, you are playing through a story that Athena is telling to Axton and Gaige in the Present Day borderlands timeline.
and while i really doubt itll happen i want them both to be playable characters again, maybe through a DLC or something once all the other DLC is out edit: as in one big character pack with all the characters from the previous games, the dead ones would have to be cyborgs or doppelganger versions or something, and hell maybe all of them would have to be, but god damn it ide still throw my money at a DLC like that
I can see it now Quest: Lost Owner Description: Axtons Turret has lost Axton and needs you to find him (because axton is useless without his turret) and will most likely die. This would make axtons turret sad.
@LeadFaun he doesn't have survivability. He's a Medicare support character at best. Especially on UVHM his turrets don't even last with slag rounds and shield.
Axton’s dialogue is so comedically charming. He’s like the Ex Space Marine with a good sense of Humor. I mained Roland and him in the two Borderlands game. I always loved his look, skill set, character story, and Commando styled gameplay. At least he has a personality compared to Roland.
"This literally is the only good thing about the Holodome. It features Axton and Gaige." So true. I only dropped money for this because I heard a snippet of Axton's sassy asshole dialogue and I was like "well fuck now I have to buy it."
I figured him for a crazy showboat the moment I heard what his reason for showing up on Pandora was in the first place. His voice actor also kinda sounds like the psychos everywhere, and that doesn't help at all combined with many of the random responses he throws out when doing things in BL2.
@@MetaL556 TBH, I never play him in BL2 lol. I played 5 other Vault Hunters. Just not him. This my first time hearing him talking. That's why I'm quite surprise hearing his voice.
I wouldn't say he is between Salvador and Torgue, he is rather between Roland and Jack, semi serious and a bit sadistic in fights (look at his reactions in BL2 trailers and intro) and semi-sarcastic in chill-times.
@@MetaL556 I didn't notice him sounding like other psychos, but i play Krieg while my cousin plays Axton and i noticed they sound kinda similar, Krieg is just angrier.
Isn't there a dialogue at the beginning about Axton and Gaige explaining how they went in search for a vault in Etpoh (or something like that) and retrieved Aurelia? Or is that something new they added?
I hope they make other dlc where other bl2 vault hunters talk with Athena and maybe have claptrap come in and they would be surprised how they knew each other
Anyone getting a Kermit the Frog vibe from Axton? I don't remember his voice sounding like that, then again it was always my friend playing Axton, I was always the Trunxican Meatball, Gaige, or the Conductor of the Poop Train...
Is it possible that Gaige's dad might have been an ex demolitionist in the Dahl military and knew Axton form his service? Thus Axton is like a cool uncle ore older brother to Gaige.

+blockhead134 To be exact, there's a canon spinoff Borderlands called Tales From the BOrderlands. You actually witness Brick and Mordecai capturing her first hand. It's a great game and I personally like it more then the shooters; (I forgot to mention it's story based and not so much on gameplay.) There's plenty of playthroughs of the game on RU-vid. The game is emotional, has a greta narrative and actors, along with so much more.

TheJohn9910 I, well... I didn't actually write it, I'm sorry. I'm more into ClaptrapXSalvador. ( ͡° ᴥ ͡°) But I'm pretty sure you should find some _interesting_ fanfic with a bit of googling. I recommend avoiding GaigeXTerramorphus tho, it's usually pretty gross and filled with tentacles.
