Equally responsible and blameworthy for this situation of compounded birth defects, disease and childhood cancers etc are those who fought the Americans in a Prolonged conflict which was unnecessary and could be avoided with Wisdom and foresight. This Blame equally rests on the shoulders of Sunni Militants and fighters or Al Qaeda and ISIS and Zarqawi etc on one hand as well as Moqtada al Sadr who due to his aggressive Rabble rousing and misplaced sense of priorities caused unnecessary bloodshed on the other hand. Saddam and His supporters their fault for this is no surprise as this is what they are capable of and killing their own people is unfortunately no big Deal for them, but worse is the one who wears the Garb of religion for his/her own ends and vested interests and causes suffering for others, such a person is cursed. Also Moqtada al Sadr is Cursed as he is corrupting the Religion and also Praising the Enemies of Allah and Aal Rasool.

Also Iran's Government and agencies have no scruples as they would not hesitate or think 2ice prior to providing ammunition support and training to Al Qaeda and Taliban as it will seek the protection of their interests as keeping its neighbourhood in disarray even if it involves killing of Shias if as long as Their government is secure and lives to Oppress its people another Day. Their own religion is their own government. That's all even same is the case with Other regimes in the Middle East as drawing legitimacy from Religion is another matter but Acting by its teaching and principle is another.
