I think the main message we can get from Boruto is this: While it does matter how your story ends, what matters more is the Journey you took to get there.

I feel like this AMV could change the opinions of people who dislike the anime.

Boruto was born has a father by his side.. And he didn't experience not to have one so now I understand why is he like that, he loves his father but because naruto is always busy, he is finding the love and too much attention what he want.. Naruto is different from his son.. Just like boruto said.. naruto grew up without parents by his side and boruto grew up differently, he has everything that naruto doesn't have when he was a child.. In short.. Boruto only wants too much attention from his father... because naruto is always busy for the village..

For everyone saying “ boruto is so bad it has to much fillers!” The main reason for that is because the manga and the anime started at the same time so the anime needs times to be able to catch up with the events that are currently taking place in the manga, personally I think the anime will get better after some time (⚠️⚠️THIS IS MY OPINION AND I FULLY RESPECT YOURS⚠️⚠️) please do not start arguments

No matter what they say about Boruto, I like him and kind of understand where he's coming from. He wasn't there when Naruto was just a kid and doesn't know anything much about his fathers life from the past.

For some reason everyone thinks that Boruto's the worst, but he's just as determined as Naruto, he never gave up and kept moving forward, he even helped with a life or death situation and that makes Boruto a hero

Boruto was actually quite right too. He knew nothing about the past. The only thing he knew about his father was that he was useless and busy. He was always treated badly because he was the son of Hokage that he didn't even see. Naruto wasn't the best dad but he tried his best. Boruto finally understood real Naruto when he saw him sacrifice himself. This arc was needed for their relationship...

Boruto faced the same problem that every hokage's children face. Nothing surprise

It's not like I know EVERYTHING there is to know on both Boruto series and Naruto/Naruto Shippuden series (it's been a while since I watched it). But, I just wanted to remind everyone that unlike other characters who were forced to grow up at a young age, Naruto actually strived to make his children's lives much more...well, as normal as it can get. It's what they dreamt of, right? A world of peace. Well, peace is just a fragile illusion in our messed up world but I can give credit to Naruto and everyone who helped shaping a world where there would be no second Kakashi or Itachi (or any tragic people) who would have to sacrifice everything they have for the sake of Konoha and peace. Let's remember that Uzumaki Boruto, no matter how annoying or obnoxious his attitude can get, is only still a child. He won't understand Naruto's sentiments and past if nobody would tell him and he certainly won't heal that wound of "I'm a disappointment to my father but I still want to get acknowledged by him" if he won't get anything from Naruto. As much as we wish Boruto will be more mature (which he will in the future, that much is certain from the first episode), he's a child before he's a shinobi. He never knew Naruto as the hero, the Hokage or the Kyuubi Jinchuriki first. No, he saw Naruto as dad, old man and sometimes stupid dad. That's what Naruto is to Boruto from day one. His father. And honestly, I think that Boruto might be facing a lot of pressure and all that. When he finished the Academy, he didn't really have a concrete plan for himself. He just naturally assumed that he have to a shinobi. And with his father and grandfather both becoming the Hokage, who knows what goes in his head. Acknowledgement, power, strength and some inferiority issues here and there. Boruto is arrogant, loud, obnoxious and dense but at the end of the day, he's still just a child waiting for his dad to look at him with a proud look-he doesn't want the Hokage. He just wanted his dad. Well, at least, that's what I think is happening here. I mean, come one, this might be a bloody world of ninja, geopolitics, and all that but they're children. They're bound to make mistakes and be annoying.

For 10 years of my whole entire life my dad always came late he often came at 2 am or 1 am because he had work, he never came to my birthdays but I'm grateful for the food and shelter and education he gave me if I was boruto I would be grateful

The thing is, Boruto doesn't hate his father, he just wants more of his attention. People will understand him if they put themselves in his shoes. Being a child of a busy father who barely spends time with me throughout my childhood, my only wish back then was for him to pay more attention to me.

One thing that I've learnt growing up, is that you can not weigh two different problems differently, and that these 'problems' are not 'problems', but 'challenges'. Lots of people complain about how Boruto acts, calling him 'spoilt', saying how lucky he is. Yes, he does not have to suffer the same way Naruto did, but he suffers in his own way. Everyone has their own tolerance levels of certain situations and that is not something that we decide for ourselves but how the world influences us. Naruto has had to watch Neji die, has had to fear Sasuke's welfare, has had many situations where his own life was put on the line. But that was the reality of their time. He chose to try to become a ninja. And he never saw anything as a problem. He always saw a challenge. One that he could overcome. Boruto has been calming down lately about his feelings towards his father because he's only now experiencing the worst moments of his life, with the death of Kagura and Hebiichigo. His previous 'problems' will become easier to deal with, easier to mentally handle, while he figures out how to handle these new situations. This is true of people in real life. Everybody goes through this sort of stuff. Not one problem is greater than another. The only ever difference is a time limit, if there is one.

Boruto fuckin killed it with the chunin exam arc. Honestly it was fucking awesome and I actually started to like boruto as a character after that. The next best arc was when they went back in time.
