Stronger than 7 gate Lee in base form, stronger than 8 gate in six paths form. Remember, these two guys swapped hands with Kaguya and didnt die. Kaguya is way stronger than one rinnegan Madara which took Guy and Kakashi and minato and others a lot of teamwork to barely defeat. Shadow Hokage means Shadow Fire Shadow. Kage Means Shadow. THE Ho prefix stands for Fire. Like Mizu is water, Tsuchi is Earth, and Rai is Lightning. Kage means Shadow. Hokage = Fire Shadow, Raikage = Lightning Shadow, Tsuchikage = Earth Shadow, Mizukage = Water Shadow. Shadow Hokage = Shadow Fire Shadow. Also forgot to include that Kaze stands for Wind. So Kazekage means Wind Shadow.

The advantages Naruto and Sasuke would have compared to Lee would be Shadow Clones, which I don't think can be absorbed. I think with only Taijutsu, Lee would at least be able to match Naruto, which still would make him very useful for this fight. Sasuke is probably on a different level though because of his Sharingan.

If the kages fought Momoshiki after absorbing Kinshiki then they're dead in seconds. It took Momoshiki seconds to put them all out of commission, he could have easily killed them if he wanted to. Kages aren't weak by normal standards but compared to *GOD* tier characters... they're irrelevant.
