Given this new info on Uzuhiko, I want to compare it to a river. My interpretation is that the chakra within the planet creates eddies, much like a river does, and Boruto can tap into these eddies and control these chakra spirals, because he may have equal to if not better chakra control than Sakura. He uses shape change to swirl these around him and has to amass the chakra into a long, tight spiral to unleash it with his rasengan, this is why he has to "charge" it.

I think you need to mold chakra inside you to perform Ninjutsu. So its hard to compare him to Sakura, when Sakura has control over her own chakra, while Boruto can tap into and control the chakra of the earth. Its not senjutsu because he isnt using sage mode. I think its an Shinjutsu-esque type attack.

I’m going to guess that the soul thorn that koji has seen before is kakashi’s (who got bit in time skip) Which is why boruto knows purple lightning. They defeated him, and changed kakashi back from a tree to normal (which is how boruto has the knowledge to collect the soul thorn for sasuke).

The Soul Thorns are the divine tree's acorns. The claw grimes are seeds that need a particular source to become a tree. Already established life, which is why people tur I to trees when the claw grime grabs them. The claw grimes/Shinju are delivery devices for the souls thorn/seed.

Divine tree healing the Shinju: The tree can extend it's roots, which means it has rapid cell growth or regeneration and the chakra reserves to fuel it, no dif. I bet the Shinju don't have that power but can receive it from the "mother tree" when connected to it.

I’m excited to see the rasengan uzihiko scaled up. The potential for it is exciting, and it would be a really cool tie in to Naruto covering sage mode’s weakness of having to be stationary and collect nature energy by using his shadow clones to charge the planetary rotation. My theory of uzihiko is that the in order for the earth to spin its uses nature energy in the naruverse, so boruto absorbing that same nature energy, molding that energy into chakra then into a rasengan, and applying it to someone. It’s what makes them feel the rotation of the planet. So it is a Senjutsu, and Boruto basically created a jutsu akin to kirin since he’s using the natural energy of the planet. Bro is built different 😭

Boruto said that Uzuhiko is limitless. Not his powers. He can only absorb the planets energy for a good while. It is pretty much the Spirit Bomb of the Ninja World. But the one issue here clearly is that Konohamaru is still under Eda’s Omnipotence and sees Boruto as the enemy and doesn’t follow anything that Boruto says to him. Like, protecting Himawari being one of the many examples.

I agree. Naruto definitely was a prodigy in shippuden,he would master things that would usually take years,such as changing the chakra nature of his rasengan into wind style,and back in og Naruto where he learned the rasengan in like a month (I forgot) when it usually would take a year. But as for Boruto,he’s just way too much of a prodigy compared to Naruto.

If Boruto and Sarada really do leave the village, I hope Mitsuki does not join them right away. Instead of Orochimaru (who came up with the sun ideology), I hope Mitsuki goes to Kabuto for training. He is the only other snake sage around. Even if Kabuto is not his other parent, it will be good to see him again.
