More than anything, the defense has to show up. Mccaffrey and the offense will do its work, but the defense cannot allow exploitation of the run, man to man, and pass zones.
Gives me a lot of hope and reassurance to hear our defensive leaders Fred & Bosa acknowledge the shortcomings of the defense so far in the playoffs. They haven't been playing at their potential for the full 60 minutes the last couple of games, but I think this type of humility and awareness now will help them step up to the plate when it matters most. I think this is the year for #6 🙏
