Injuries screwed the 49ers big time this season.... and a overpriced, under performing qb killed the superbowl for them. (or maybe the choke coach that couldnt just stick to the damn plan, run the damn ball. which is what made them win all year..) hopefully 49ers find a way to keep the team intact so hopefully next season they get another crack at it.
