Hello - can you confirm what size adaptor I'd need for the MJJC and the above pressure washer as I cannot find any reference on their site that mentions Bosch. Thanks

You can use either (1.25 or 1.1 mm), but the foam was better with the 1.1.

I don’t really get the question. MJJC has attachment to all types of pressure washers, you just need to select the correct one.

How to prepare foam? Do you add water to nozzle tank

You just add water and the right quantity of shampoo to the foam cannon. The quantity varies, depending on what shampoo you use and what is the water throughput/output of your pressure washer (plus depends on the foam cannon you use also).

Why would you rinse the bottom half of the vehicle only to have to do it again from rinsing the top !!

Because this way you don’t miss any spots. If you start at the top, the water goes downwards, making the whole surface wet, yet the water from the pressure washer might not have hit the whole surface.
