Would it be possible to get a grating disc for this machine, that grates slightly thinner. The one that came with the .achine is very coarse and also very fine

Hello. I got this mini set with 3 discs. As far as I know the full set have 1 more Meat Mincer, 1 Citrus Press and a Blender attachment.

Hello, for baguette (350gram Flour) i usually beat at speed 2 for 6-7 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, and beat again for 12-15 minutes. Then dough passes the windowpane test. And yes for this price i love this machine. 😄

The bowl seems to be moving around a lot when you’re kneading bread dough. I was about to buy this machine but now I’m not sure.

Hi. With this machine i've tried so far just 2 Brioche at once. It's about 400 500gram of flour. But you can make more i think

@@chinnskitchen thank you for the reply. I saw on the video that the mixer head is a bit feebly while mixing the bread dough.. is there any problem with the head when you tried to mix any heavy dough so far?

I've only tried Baguette, Brioche and steamed buns with this machine so far. I usually beat at low speed and no problem. Heavy dough i haven't tried
