I had the same problem today with a brand new, never ridden bike. Also change the batteries and try to turn it on at the motor battery... no success. Let’s claim the warranty. Tks for the video.
Okay , I’ve had the same issue on my cube reaction pro & also my trek rail 5 PLEASE REMOVE THE CURRENT DISPLAY BATTERY AND REPLACE WITH X2 CR2016 BATTERIES I DONE THIS a few times and it has worked , ps Ty @ east London cycles
Same Problem, power on with plug-in of the charger into the bike it works, unplug and it turns on and you can ride. For me its just the PowerButton that does not work anymore :-(
Kyle Smith ah i see, how long have you owned the cube? Any good? I noticed on your other video comments that you washed it? Was it that what caused the problem?
@@chris550 I love it mate. Have done about 240 miles so far but all very hard riding at the local bike park, and I'm at the top of the weight limit for the bike. Besides the cranks needing tightening and and additional spacer on the headset as the tube was slightly too long I've had no issue. The display stopped working after I rode to work in the rain, they are supposed to be waterproof but I've been told a faulty batch exists that aren't. You can buy waterproof covers for about £10 which is what I'll do when they replace mine next week. Cube bikes are very popular and no more/less reliable than competitors, people only go on the internet to complainz very rarely do they start forum posts about how good their bikes are. If you search any vehicle you'll only find the problems online 😎

I've got the same problem with my bike doesn't want to turn on even replaced the cell batteries but it turns on when I switch on the battery pack but gives me the empty battery on display, do I need a software update or new purion module?
I'm having a similar issue but I don't have a button on the battery. When I plug it in it usually just shows the power bar and that its charging but its now showing as if the ebike is on but without the mph shown.. any ideas anyone?
