Just bought this machine and was somewhat confused about how to operate it. Your video was so clear and helpful. I feel a lot more confident now to have a go at the different programmes. Thanks so much
Thank you so much for creating this very helpful video. I just wanted to write to let you know that I sincerely appreciate the effort and time that you took to create and share this video. Also you are a truly good speaker/teacher. Your tone is gentle and kind. I thoroughly understood and assimilated the information in the video. You may wonder why such high praise? The thing is: I’ve been searching to buy a washing machine for over a year now. I live inner city where the stores are small and don’t have much room for displays. Customers are many times told to “check online”. The only thing is online stores/manufacturers don’t often show every thing about a product online, that I would personally like to see. For instance: the soap drawer of the machine- which I’m glad to say that you showed and described very adequately in your video. Also mentioning that the door hinges are made of metal, and what to do with the travel fasteners @ the back of the machine. So, once again, I thank you for the effort and time you took to create this very useful video for people like me. Many, many thanks.🙏🙏
I just got the 10KG version from Bosch and I have to say that it's by far the best I've had so far and is the quietest as well. Excellent video and well explained .
Thanks so much for this informative video. I am willing to shell out a bit more money for this Bosch since my old Bauknecht just recently broke down (the elderly couple who handed me the apartment left their old washing machine here too and I'm very grateful but after two years in this place, it has decided to kick the dust). I'm in Berlin, Germany and their Energy Standard says this machine is an A. Thanks again!
I have got this washing machine and it is very good. Exceptionally quiet, even the pump! It doesn’t deal with out of balanced loads very well though. This adds to the programme and if the machine had the courage to spin in the first attempt must of the time this would be fine. Thanks for your reviews. You provide good appliance knowledge
Just bought this machine and your video was very helpful as l am in Spain and all instructions are in Spanish and my Spanish is not that good and instu tion manual wasent in English but need to try and get the manual in English went on Bosh site but also in Spanish, but thanks to you l now know what the controls do thank you great video xx
Did buy this only to find the Quick Wash 30/15 only does a max of 1200 spin which means its a substantial back step on my 12 years old whirlpool which did 1400 on the 30min wash, You can do the mixed load wash at 1400 for 45mins but that does require you to push through the various options first. I wanted to keep it because its Bosch. Mrs wanted the Haier....she won...hope i dont regret it.
Ive just bought the new Serie 8 10 Kg Bosch washing machine, but i am confused as to how i work out the amount of detergent i should put as its not an IDOS, and also the load i should put depending on the programme as not obvious when i put in drum if clothes weigh 10kg or 5kg, unless this is aviable and i cant see it.
I found this video very good, clear and explained very well. Could you turn on a wash and show how much water should be in the machine so I can compare it with the amount which comes in ours.
I bought a Bosch ExpressEdition Serie 6 washing machine WAU28RHO and I would like if you could turn on the washing machine to see how much water should be in it,as the amount of water in ours is very little.
Hi I am currently replacing my Kitchen and I would like to stack the tumble dryer on top of washing machine, both to be integrated. Is this possible and if so which manufacturers.
Really difficult to find 2 items that could stack and be integrated. You may be better off looking at having freestanding items behind a door but make sure that there is adequate venting in place. Bosch do a good range of stacking kits where you can stack the 2 items
If prewash is used less these days, why does like Miele hint to use 1/3 of the detergent in prewash I and put 2/3 in the normal II place. Even while not using the prewash function it still rinses the prewash out. Is that the reason to not use prewash anymore? that the programs of washing are smarter?
Yes when you put the washer on you need to select which program, spin speed and temperature is required depending on what fabric of clothes you are washing and the soiling of the clothes
It does have a good spin speed on these, it's normally better if you have at least half a load in there. Small loads in washing machines can struggle to distribute the load so may not spin as well.
This washing machine is practically identical to my siemens and I'm sure it cost £550 last year,it seems like a big difference in cost just to have siemens written on the machine instead of Bosch 🙈... I should have done my homework 😂! Clear and informative as always 👌😊
Hi, despite your helpful video I still have no clue how to use this machine, it seems overly complicated. I just want the setting to stick in a mixed load that washes, rinses and spin dries in around an hour at 40degrees. There seem to be no programs? You have to set each stage of the wash manually? My old Hotpoint, you just select wash number 3, took about 1:20 and the clothes came out clean, ready to hang out on the line. Please advise if you can?
You will be able to select a Cotton program with the 1400 spin but you need to select the quick option like Speed perfect to shorten the program to around an hour. Unfortunately you can't wash full loads with this option to get it washed in an hour.
@@lords-electrical okay I’ll give it a go. The thing is like a spaceship, I have no idea how to work it, I’m half expecting it to produce me a latte if I press the wrong button!
Does your store carry LG brand washer/dryers? I hear a lot of good things about their front loaders, and it’s very accessible here in Canada, as opposed to Bosch, much harder to find.
