Jazz and pop orchestra 'BOSCO' showed their qualities again, playing the classic 'Fly Me To The Moon' at the third show of 'The Tribute - Battle Of The Bands' (January 27th 2024) on national Dutch television, accompanying Peter Douglas in his tribute to Frank Sinatra.
Before the show takes off, Talpa went backstage and gives the band the opportunity to explain how they work, what BOSCO is actually doing, highlighting the wonderful arrangements and the fact that they sound as a full big band, although having just six hornplayers.
After their performance, the jury once more emphasized the fact that they are so impressed about this band and just loves what quality they are putting on stage. As an extra, one of the judges (Cesar Zuiderwijk, drummer of the world famous band 'Golden Earring') presents a bottle of Jack Daniëls (Sinatra's favorite drink) as a present to them.
