I wish you had shown the alignment procedure. My unit is doing what yours did - the top disc goes in, but doesn't spin. The other two discs go in and spin for a few seconds, then spin backwards and get ejected. By fiddling with alignment I got the top disc to spin, but now the bottom two don't. Trial and error is a tough way to do the alignment. How do you do it?
Can you repair two Bose media centers ? The power is not turning off and DVD/CD player not working. The second unit, the TV output and FM stations not working. I have tried to get Bose to fix the problem but have no solutions for customer services.
Yo if your still active, i have audio cd player from Marantz and everytime it has to open it just makes grinding noises from the plastic gears until your pull it out slightly or give it a small push from behind on the inside and i cant figure how to fix it ir why its doing this
