I programmed the remote to mimic the cable remote. There is no DVR button so I have to click the menu button and access the DVR from there. This works on Fios, hopefully it will work for your cable.
I want to use solo 5 in my cargo van but i do not know if it will sound enough in busy traffic area while driving a van ? Plz let me know if it will sound satisfactory also can I make a hands free call via bluetooth using bose solo 5, I want to play songs & make hands free call using bose solo 5 via bluetooth of smart phone
Bhagwan Singh Rana you can't make phone calls since it doesn't have a microphone. I own a bose solo 5 and try to make a call wile connected via Bluetooth and it didn't work.
Würde mich freuen eine noch bessere detailierte Anleitung der Bose Sound 5 bar auf DEUTSCH zu sehen.da sind Orange Blau und grün led zu sehen.Aber nirgendwo eine Ausführliche Anleitung und bedeutung mal auf Video zu sehen.Echt blöd.Warum???? Is there a visual sound bar for the bose (so you know what level its at) Absolutely no one has done a review that shows any of the lighting on the bar or any sound bar that would appear on the tv. I have a sony sound bar at the moment and you just have to listen and stop using volume control when it sounds right to you....I HATE that I want to set it to my fav setting but have to guess every time. Im not buying the bose if its the same.
I don't think so. At least nothing that will plug and play automatically. It's not made to add a sub. I'm not sure if you can hook up a wireless sub somehow, but there is no mention of adding a sub in the manual.
I wouldn't say there's great bass. But the sound is much more pronounced. There is more bass, sound effects and music sound much better , but I think it mostly helps with the dialogue, I have it in my bedroom (about 10 x 12 room) and it's plenty loud. If you really want decent bass you may want a sound bar with a sub.
i live off the tax payers i bought this for me and one for my girlfriend who also lives off the tax payers for our birthday last month it sounds very very good for movies u have to turn the volume up to increase the base
I’ll let you all know now this soundbar is garbage, the sound is low and there is no bass at all, I have the Polk audio for half the price and has a subwoofer and it absolutely way better in every way, the sound is incredible and way louder and the base will shake your walls. Ive had it for 2 years now and can’t find anything else to compare it to, Bose is nothing more than a name now, I was disappointed by this Bose soundbar, the more expensive Bose they are great but for $200 Polk audio all the way
