[UPDATE]: I had sent it to Bose support center and they sent me a new device. [The old description]: I've had this headset for a few months now and it simply stopped working. I don't know what to do.
IT WORKS!! I tried all the options every listed here in the comments and it didn't work. So I tried something different, I threw it in the freezer and left it in there overnight. The next morning I plugged the charger in and kept pressing the power button and IT WORKED!
Class action suit.. My $300 sport headphones peeled and they said it was do to sweat this was 10 days after warranty stopped. 3 months later the battery wont charge at all they just stopped charging completely.
Purchased my Bose sound sport wireless back in Dec of 2017. Last night I used them for a jog. Went to charge them and noticed the charging light was blinking orange. Left them charging for a while but they would not turn on. Tried changing them again, same blinking orange light but would not turn on. Luckily I registered them a few days after purchase. Called up Bose, told them the problem and they said they would replace them free of charge. Loving Bose RN. Guessing I got lucky with them replacing it? Hope you guys have the same luck. Call them up and see what they say.
Yes same problem here - I returned a pair a few months ago to Bose - the exchange pair arrived in June 2017 and the very same problem has occurred again ! Thanks Bose !!!
OK guys may be I can help, I've been using Sound Sport Wireless since they came out. I replaced the headphones once already because I was having a charging issues with them. Be careful what you're charging on DO NOT USE HIGH Amp chargers, like does on a new tablet or wireless speaker chargers they will give you problems later on. If your headphones is not coming in some times the rubber around the power button gets out of place a little. If you have big fingers this can be a issue it will be harder to turn on, you will have to dig into the power button to make sure it comes on. Try to get a female with smaller fingers or nails to try and turn it on.
nothing happens. i use only one charger for sound sport all the time. but after a year. it turns out that the battery has a issue... now... how can i fix it?

I was having the exact same problems. I plugged this thing everywhere different power supplies I’ve tried everything, but I just found that if u press the right hand side corner of the on button, mind came back on full power with no issues. Hope this helps!
Pastor Australiano just the power button the headphones. I pressed into it and it basically comes back like the button is gone. So I moved my finger just to the side of the button a little bit, to the top right, and the button would press down and switch back on.
I had mine for a full year and now mine isn’t fully charging. Update: another year later and now the buttons won’t work. The volume, pause/play, and power button. Once I turn it on that’s it, I have to let it die and to add on it still wouldn’t fully charge.
I had an issue with the batery, it wouldn' last more than 20 min. So they Changed it with ease, but now about 6 months later I have the same issue that appears on the video, hope they change ir again. I love Bose but changing them for the third time this is a pain in the ass, even at no charge for warranty.
Same for me. Bought in Feb 2020 and sent back to Amazon for a refund June 2020. A shame really as their very nice headphones, just don't last over 6 months
They have the same issues as the Beats. First notice is one ear will go out or become distorted. Then comes the charging problem. They either wont come on or wont turn off. Then the volume controls become erratic. All of them are pieces of shit. Make sure you buy an extended warranty because you will need it! My Bose just went completely out yesterday!
mine just lost the function of bluetooth. it doesnt connect to any of my devices. it shut down suddenly during i was jogging and never able to connect to my device again.
I think that it`s a battery problem, if you leave or you can`t use for a long time and the battery is almost descharging, the inside battery doesn´t have the enough power to make the proces of charging. in this moment i have the same problem, i´m going to fix it desarming the speaker and then i´m going to charge the battery with a external power.(sorry for my english)
Pablo G. Sabbatella . I think that this bosse is very useful but the big problem is the batery and the soft case. Don't worry let the bosse charging after 1 hour unplug the bosse after that keep pressed the on button and plug the charger while pressing the button. I had the same problem that was my solution. Be careful the sweat spoils the equipment and is not very hermetic principal in the central control (volume control). I ended up disarming that part i saw internal humidity.
Same problem for me. Mine are almost a year old and tried turning them on this morning and nothing. Bose will give me $100 off of some new ear buds whih brings them down to $200. But I will never spend another penny on a bose product.
My wireless case states with blinking/solid lights that both earbuds are charged. But when pulled out of the case, the right earbud does not come on. Therefore the Bluetooth won’t work on the left one which is powered on! I have had these only 7 months and take very good care of them (due to the money spent on them!!). They are an upgrade to a Bose earphone system I still have. Please help!! I already followed the Bose connect advice with no response from the right ear bud. I do not know what else to do!!! Thank you in advance.
Bose is just a name, that's all! I have THREE headphones (Soundsport) and they all did the same thing as above and I called Bose and theyir warranty sucks. They didn't replace it. #BoseSucks Logitech is better in terms of warranty and quality.
Opa Andre, foi mal, não vejo com frequenica os comentários aqui. Entrei em contato sim. Mandei pra eles e eles verificaram que está com problema e solicitaram a troca pela Bose USA. O problema é que precisa importar ainda o fone novo... ou seja, vai demorar mais de 1 mes para isso. Boa sorte! :/
Bose still sells this product Bose Sport pulse, Brand new bought today charged them for 3 hours and the light keeps blinking tried to TURN THEM ON.... NOTHING they Are Not Turning ON at All... I bought this piece of sh…..on Sep 22 and yesterday sopped working even though green light glows indicating it is charged but does not turn on at all. I wasted $124.00.😢
SOLUTION!!! Ended up pulling the rubber up from the on button and jamming the dull end of a needle into the hole and it powered on! It wouldn’t respond to me pressing it with my finger
