This is a bloody true fact. It really happens in Call Centres whether Domestic or International. And apart from this Admins also misbehave. Whatever is shown in this video should be a big lesson for all type of Call Centres.

It is real fact .... This is the reason We don't have any innovative product. This is exact happening in India......

This is really fact that many bosses feel to control his/ her subordinates. This is not good for the organisation. You showed it very well. One more thing you can add;- Some bosses feel that his subordinate should not come up taking their life as example.

This is what I am facing at my office since the last few years and no action is being taken against my boss in spite of complaints against her.

Behaving properly with the one who didn't treat you properly is what actually makes you greater than the other person 🚪

This is exactly what I repeatedly experienced while I worked in India. Thank God I have escaped. Even in other countries never work under an Indian boss. They are the worst. Most toxic and complexed

Many of the call centers have toxic work culture...i also faced d same starting was very good and we all enjoyed our work but slowly the work culture became toxic and we used to pray to God for no more mishaps during our work hours. Until one day my AM, TL and managers humiliated me a lot and i left that company to never to come back.

Employees must be encouraged to do anything more than what company is doing as their creativity would be good for company

Unfortunately, toxicity wins in reality

Forget about the boss; even the managers exploit the employees and torture them to the maximum mental level.

Everyday I gave my best and still got scoldings from office. At night when I came to home .. i don't feel like eating or sleeping...i am having a very hard time but couldn't resign job coz of my father. His one smile and little happiness that I am working in a MNC... That give me energy for going to office for next day.

That is the reason I never worked under any lady senior or boss because they can't handle there own ego and never ever realise their own mistakes.........Most of the women in office environment treat their subordinates and juniors as their personal labour and if you say or utter a single word against their wish the same way they treat you as this lady is performing as an actor. That's why I really appreciate my male seniors, managers, and bosses because they talk logically even if they angry at some point they still make you feel as a part of organisation as a family member.... I wish all the very best to all my seniors in life because of them I learnt a lot of things and achieved my short term and long term goals ....... Remembered my 1st call centre job, my team leader had same toxic attitude & it feels really bad.

It is said that black color is inauspicious. But that black board of the school changes people's lives.

This is a very relatable issue. Very commonplace in work environments. Sometimes it is blunt like in the video, but most of the times it is subtle but it surely exists nonetheless.

It's true story I m also facing same toxic problem in my company.

This type of people was/is in every corporate sector only difference is as this is a solo proprietorship firm /Partnership Firm hence she told it directly and in MNCs, they can't due to rules /regulations so these sadists choose some tricky process to explode and humiliate juniors.

That employee should have sued her for wrongful dismissal and workplace harassment.

I also have faced the same, from my previous employer finally one day i quite my job after many times she called me with a great salary but i have no courage to face again her face. So don't misbehave to your employees even if you ready to give anything there no one ready to return.

It's happening in the real world, even on the worst level. People even do suicide and responsible person gets free of all the charges just due to money and some political connection.

Very realistic as scenarios like this have been quite common, for years.

True.. maximum infact 95% bosses have it. Superiority complex.. they don't even like their employees talking to bosses of other departments.. and they have a mindset that the company is running because of them

It happens to us also, I do field job, or the bosses who are over us, they think that we do not work sitting, then we can do something when the customer will give feedback, but these bosses are people. They think we are lying or are sitting somewhere...

This was real story of private company, means same conditions are acquired in the byjus company , all manager's was toxic,, all employees were going for resignation, or either to being with forceable work loads , mentally tortured, ,all employees suffering from or mentally harassment, i don't how they serve for company, this was rediculus for private sector

I learned one more thing is that once a business person is always tries to be business person. Here the lady tried to set up new business instead of doing a job I found it good.

Honestly if you use words like shut up or try to act one up in any manufacturing shop floor those workers will definitely show such toxic bosses their places and definitely they wont be able to withstand how shop floor workers work together and wont be easy to create wedge. Such things should be learnt by IT companies employees

Mai ek office me officeboy hu private hu regular ni, office bada h to cleaning k liye morning me 6 bje pahuch jata hu, or raat 9 bje tak kam karta hu kisi kisu din late night 12-1 bje tak ,itna kaam karwate h ki 1 min. Bhi baithne ko ni milta or mai unka personal kaam bhi karta hu jaise car cleaning etc. Holiday k din mai boss k ghar me kaam karta hu like cook, bartan, kapde dhona etc meri salary 7000/ m h or 3-4 ghante hi sone milta h

I also faced this in an MNC I even complained about one of my lady TL but those complaints never heard and even deleted from the complaint portal after that the same toxic lady TL planned to take brutal revenge against me as I had dared to raise my voice against her she started threatening me more with dire consequences like termination and blacklisting at last couldn't tolerate and changed the project and I left that organization.

If one company owner or boss is hiring clients for work it doesn't means that she/he will make toxic environmental or complete torture and make your company down in the market. So if your hiring as per company policies the company head is not suppose to torture as per legal act.

Same mera bhi aisa hi hai. Mera boss kabhi bhi apni galati accept nahi karta. Me ek transport me job karta hu hamari sirf itni zimedari hoti hai parcels rakhvaye gadi me or inka builty nikal ke driver ko dena hota hai bas itna hi par transport wale mal der me pahuchate hai or ham sir ko complaint karte hai to vo bolte hai apki galati hai to koi boss patayega mere yaha kya galati hai.
