As soon as I fix one wire, another one pops off. And why in the world were these wires glued in place? Where does brown wire #13 go? Who knows?
Update May 4, 2017:
I discovered that the brown wire #13 was just another ground. I tied it to the output jack that also had the green wire. I also put all of this into another enclosure. Yeah, it broke when I tried to cram it all in the original box. I should make a follow up video for that.
Oddly enough, the DD-6 isn't available, but the DD-7 is as well as the DD-3. If you know why the 3 and 7 are the only ones still available, let me know in the comments. Thanks!

Hi Bill, thanks for leaving this video up. It came in useful as I was repairing mine. I swap out the mode switch with a b50k pot a few years ago. I had to get in there for some grounding issues and yeah everything started falling off. Anyway thanks again.

I'm amazed they would make a 'modern' pedal like this! What a mess! smh I was wondering what the bit rate is of the AD/DA converter chip...? I can't find it listed for the DD7 either.

I have a digital delay dd-7 and i have a grey wire disconnected and a brown wire disconnected can you help me reconnect the two wires

i have dd6 no power supply, no indication, power adapter is ok but no power supply in dd6, can you please help me out. i am from india, no one here to repair it😥. a sparkle came when i pluged adaper after that no power is my dd.

I did. It goes on the same lug as the green wire of output A.

I'm sorry, your question did not translate well. Do you have a Boss DD6 with no output?

its a good pedal but a pain for mods

Very true. I'm not sure that I would want to ever modify or repair one of these again. I ultimately put all of this in a cigar box and quadrupled the room I had to work in.
