He’s going to start screaming “get back in your car”. Just wave at him and get back in. (See, I told, ya.) BECAUSE, now, he’s not going to order you to get out of your vehicle, since you wanted to get out. Here’s no way this cop is going to ask you or demand you to get out, when he thinks you want to get out. They only want us to get out, when they think, we don’t want to get out. If a cop orders you to get out of your car, tell him “Sure thing, would love to get out. Happy to get out. But soon as I get out, I am through talking. You will get nothing. I am not a lawyer and don’t need to have a law degree to have common sense. When they demand we exit the vehicle. We must exit. But one thing the cops hate is silence. They hate when we don’t answer questions. So, since we must exit if they tell us to, do it. But you can also let them know. They wish to get us out of the car to mess with us. We can play that game. Let them think we WANT to get out. Don’t resist. Talk back if you are frisky. But they hate it when you just say nothing and grin at them. Once you say, “I don’t answer questions”, you don’t need to keep saying it. If you said you are not going to talk, then DON’T TALK. Display driver license, registration and insurance on demand. Better, pick or drop your driver’s license and papers on the ground. Let them get them. Good chance they will show their true side and run back to their car and leave. And if you are really unhappy with this situation, you can do this: A-a-a-Choo, Well, just before you hand it to him, sneeze and cough. Sneeze and cough all over it. If you can (accidentally, of course) blew a big loogie or wad of snot on it, that’s even better. What are the odds that he will decide the traffic stop was not that important after all and just get back in his car and leave. Oh yeah, don’t forget to apologize for having a cold and being so sick.

No Warrant shall issue but upon probable cause SUPPORTED by oath or affirmation (by a witness who saw a crime being committed or was actually harmed, had property damaged, etc) and particularly describing the place to be searched and the man/woman or things to be seized. Judges will sign off on any warrant on conjecture and hearsay by cops, so they can bypass the reasonableness clause. This offers little protection from violations by police.

My bet is that once that lawsuit is filed, a flock of high salary individuals will go into action all knowing the verdict in advance that "the officers were in full right and did not conduct in any unlawful manner." You get it cops, prosecutors judges and lawyers alike are pretty much all on the same team which more than anything revolves around getting paid for something you done or did not. So question goes like this; "how much justice can you afford?".

If they want to get you out of your vehicle so they can pat you down or worse search you, they are going to claim officer safety. Well, in the first place we don’t care about officer safety, because the coward’s don’t care about the public’s safety. So, keep this info before in mind and you are welcome read this to them. Will it matter, probably not, but its worth the effort, on principle alone. 1. You must have reasonable articulate suspicion that criminal activity is going on to temporarily detain me. This must be based on facts. What facts do you have? 2. If you wish to do a pat down search, because of officer safety, you must also have separate Reasonable Suspicion to believe that I am presently in this moment armed and dangerous and that the search is necessary in order to protect the officer from that threat. What’s important about this is; at a traffic stop, a cop cannot simply walk up to the windows, look at you and decide to pull you from the car and pat you down. He must be able to articulate that I am presently must be right now presently armed and dangerous. Otherwise, this is an 4th amendment violation and your attorney will use it against the entire stop. The suspicion must be that you are both armed and dangerous. The officer must be able to articulate that suspicion when called on. It is legally possible to be armed and not dangerous. It does not mean that just because a cop can pull you over that he gets the opportunity or privilege to pat you down because he wants to. Cops must have separate reasonable suspicion right now that you are armed and dangerous. Furthermore, in the original Terry v. Ohio case, the justices said the single detective placed himself in danger by walking up into a group of three men. You can defend against Terry stops when there are multiple officers on the scene as the police always do these days. The danger is lessened with the presence of more than officers as the same level of danger would not exist as with only one present. If you don’t believe you are able to explain this to the dumb cops that pull you over, why not put it in the small notebook and have it handy. Read it to them when they walk up and start to mess with you. Just saying this stuff is not a fraction as impressive as when you read it to them. Sounds more official and authentic.

This was profiling all the way. The tint was an excuse to pull him over, much like hitch ball blocking plate, no mudflaps, etc. stops. Notice the cop didn't start the test right away, yet went to fishing for more. The tyrant figured he was going to find drugs/paraphenalia in that bag, and that's why he wanted in it. I'm actually surprised they didn't call a dog. I think the second cop doing the test & it passing was the only reason things backed off.
