Boss Man cat tracks rarely show the claws because cats have retractable claws. BUT in some rare occasions you’ll see where the claws poke holes 🕳 🕳in the soil. In this case in your picture: This is most likely a RIGHT FRONT FOOT PRINT of a Mountain Lion/Cougar!!! Here’s how ya tell: Go to the left of the picture and count 2 toes clockwise from the left to the right, & that 2nd toe is sitting higher than all the other toes.... That is the RIGHT FRONT FOOT of a mountain lion. Now if U find the left front foot print the second toe on the right side going counterclockwise will sit higher than all the rest. So in Laymans term: the second toe sitting higher on the left side it’s a RIGHT FRONT foot, second toe higher on the Right Side it’s a LEFT FRONT foot. Here’s a easy way to tell which front foot it is by looking for that 2nd toe being taller than the rest.... Hold your hands🤚🏾 🤚🏾 straight out in front of you with your palms down and look at the backside of your 4 fingers. That middle finger being longer than the index will tell you what FRONT FOOT OF THE COUGAR/MT. LION TRACK you’re looking at. So in your case it’s the Right Front Foot, If that makes any sense to ya? Man you really need to keep your eyes on the road down there in those woods that clay nothing to play with. No pay day for you because you have to pay boss man for pulling you out. You might want to get a winch and some cable to carry around to help pull you out 💯💯💯💯👍🏽
