@@yani.leigh. QUick question. When you broke 3 hours what was your weekly mileage around that time?

At that time I was floating just over 50 miles per week. I only held that for roughly 3 weeks as well. Prior to that I would say my average was around 47.

@@yani.leigh. wow, everything I have been reading has said 60-70 miles a week is where I need to be. I wondering if that is just a best case scenario

@@sldorse42 everyone's different! Higher volume works tremendously for some and for others just leads to injury. Getting out the door consistently is #1 and quality over quantity matters. High volume makes you fit , which can lead to making you fast, if the appropriate speed work is implemented as well.

Drinking to much caffeine-coffee or Red Bull - is also my problem. I’m trying not to exceed the amount of 300 mg caffeine per day.

Kudos to that effort! It's a hard thing to manage. Those mgs always seem to just creep up to high numbers before you even realize it.

@@yani.leigh. yeah I know. I always try to reduce the consumption of energy drinks to 1/day. The rest is coffee 😊
