At that time I was floating just over 50 miles per week. I only held that for roughly 3 weeks as well. Prior to that I would say my average was around 47.
@@sldorse42 everyone's different! Higher volume works tremendously for some and for others just leads to injury. Getting out the door consistently is #1 and quality over quantity matters. High volume makes you fit , which can lead to making you fast, if the appropriate speed work is implemented as well.
