If I had to guess, it started off as some sort of consensual relationship, she probably ended it and he wouldn't accept that and started harassing her. The woman likely didn't want to make it a legal issue but accepted some sort of deal with the Celtics, signed some documents that neither she nor the Celtics can actually discuss what happened, to keep her identity confidential and the Celtics then decided to suspend him for what he did. It would make sense as to why they refuse to discuss what actually happened.

The intial leak came from Udoka as he wanted to frame the narrative of a run of the mill consensual relationship before the information regarding sexual harassment leaked. Remember the woman complained about the unwanted comments which prompted the investigation by the legal firm. It is obvious that Udoka had the motive to leak that it was consensual. It is Udoka's reputation on the line so he was motivated to leak it. What would be the motive for the Celtics to save Udoka's reputation? Getting it out there that it was consensual makes Udoka look better which benefits Udoka. If it wasn't leaked before the stuff about the woman's complaint and the sexual harassment his reputation would have been trashed. The Celtics held a press conference and they never once said it was consensual! Not once. It was a straight no comment.
