Thanks! Yes, only one reserve (the old Pierce Quantum). Two new ones are expected to be ordered for next year.

What happened to rescue 1s new KME?

Al Atherley Due to engine reliability issues 90% of the KME fleet is being replaced by E-one. The only KME left in service is TL10, L16, and R2

The other comment covered it--although R1 actually has a good engine and E22 is likely getting one final KME that the city was forced to take delivery of.
