I hear you, but I think it has to also be measured against what is offered here. This is new construction in a highly amenitized building. The best way to bring down rents across an entire market is building more housing, as the new housing (which is usually priced higher) puts downward pressure on older housing stock.
@@Ori_Livingno it doesn’t. The older stock remains occupied and “luxury” apartments remain vacant because no one can afford them. People’s requirement for shelter is not a market variable. This you are a clown and your entire profession is a sham. ‘Pay premium to live with less square footage, because it’s um saving you… things’ lol the only person these units are designed to benefit are the real estate developers and their little underlings like yourself.
We have offered our products in king size in the past, but currently we’re only offering the Cloud Bed in queen sizes. The mattress sits on standard wood slats, so there is airflow beneath the mattress.
