Botanical Plaster Casting Art / Ideas for cement or plaster/ How to make DIY
Materials:
- For making impressions any POTTERY CLAY will do.
- PLASTER (GYPSUM POWDER) mixed with WATER in 1:1
PLASTER PRIMOSUPRA 70 made in Germany
1:1 ratio is 1 part or 1 unit of a particular quantity. For example 1 cup of cold water and 1 cup of gypsum powder. To find out the amount of water, you need to multiply the width by the height. For example, this round shape with a diameter of 25 cm. 25cm X 25cm makes 625. So for this particular job, you will need 625g of water.

Is this the same gypsum powder that you use for like soil amendments, I.e. calcium sulfate they also have it as a food grade just was not sure I’d like to give this a try for using it for projects like what you just did

Thank you 😊 it’s an oven bake pottery clay. In this tutorial I’m using ATELIERMASSE ROT 2505 0.5 10KG (SIBELCO German brand). Here’s an example www.topbussum.nl/klei-sibel-boets-2505-10kg-0-5-rood-(c)1387813/info/

Большое спасибо, что оценили!) 😊🙏🌹 ... отпечаток на глине я использую только один раз ( дубликатов не делаю). Каждая работа в одном экземпляре. А глину можно использовать много раз. Храните её во влажной тряпке и герметично закройте. Успехов!) 😊🌸🌱✨

Try looking up other artists doing the same thing. They talk through the process to tell you the product, price etc

The materials are clay (for the pressing in base) and plaster of Paris. I think both are not too expensive. You can make a border mold by using hard plastic to create a circle and then pressing it into the clay.

Глину можно использовать много раз ( главное за ней нужно ухаживать и хранить герметично), а вот сам оттиск на глине я использую только один раз. Каждая работа в одном экземпляре. 🌱 Творческого Вам вдохновления!) 😊🌸🌱✨

Здравствуйте. Гипс к глине не прилипает. Это видно из роликов. А вот опалубку всегда нужно смазать любым растительным маслом ( иначе гипс прилипнет к опалубке). Успехов!) 😊🌱✨

@@CheerstoartCincy I’m using gypsum (plaster) Primosupra 70. Made in Germany, ordered in local Finish store. This is a high density gypsum. 🌱 I’m use fine natural clay. Highly flexible. Made in Spain or Germany. 🌱😊🇫🇮
