The Juan De Fuca Marine Trail is a staple overnight adventure for hiking enthusiasts. We made the less popular decision to hike the trail in reverse from Botanical Beach to China Beach and it paid in dividends. There is nothing better than waking up on the shores of beautiful beaches and we practically had them all to ourselves.
This trail is amazing for experts and beginners alike and can be done in many different speeds and fashions.
On Day 1 we hiked the 20km stretch from Botanical Beach to East Sombrio Beach.
