Mom said that her son is always deceiving people meanwhile her daughter just got through giving testimony about how she deceived her brother. Mom, you ain’t right sis. Should just stay out of it

I think Mom made a really poor choice to join in this nonsense. Even if I thought one my my kids was flat-out WRONG, I would not get involved to go to court, choose a side.

The sister was wrong but Mom was on her side because of previous issues she had with her son. She didn't care about being on the "right side" at all.

The mother "picks the side that's right", except she was standing in court next to her daughter, who admitted to intentionally ripping off her son. How is that the right side? And how could the daughter have the nerve to say she was being ripped off, when all the judge did was enforce an agreement she made with her brother? She obviously wanted to keep his money AND the motorcycle.

Shame on that mother for coming and choosing sides. She could’ve been in the audience but she should’ve never put her place on a side. She acted like a proud mother. Brothers and sisters fighting over money in court breaks my heart and no mother should act proud over that. The sister was wrong not being completely honest. Like the judge said, nothing would be wrong in explaining why she was doing it. I’m taking the risks and I should get something out of it. Truly understandable and right but saying she’s doing him a favor was a crock!! Then to get personal at the end the son and brother made it a point not to disrespect them really proves he loves them. Too bad they could not be that way for him. So sad.

I wouldn’t let my kids near a family member who thinks it’s ok to rip me off and deceive me. If they can do that to me what’s to stop them from doing something to my kids. Hell I almost went through the same thing with my sister, I had her put my New truck under her name and 6 months before I finish paying it off she tried to take it, say that she been paying for it, I took her to court and she lost , I was very smart to keep all the money orders for the payments of the truck that my sister couldn't produce to the judge, got my truck and she had to pay for my lawyer as well, the only thing I can say is never put something under someone else's name because at the end they will try to take it if you don't have any proof of buying it,

This guy can't even form a decent sentence that even makes sense. Further down the future???? And it doesn't stop there. Never rode the bike before he bought it. Just because it's his sister doesn't mean she knows everything about the bike. I had a brand new dehumidifier, top of the line. Ran it one season, turned it off for the winter months and when I went to start it this Spring it wouldn't start. Nothing in this life is 100% dependable. Always try before you buy. I counted on the dehumidifier to run for approx. 8 years and all I got was 5 months.

As a mother she should've stayed out of the whole thing. Her being there just made a bad relationship with her son worse.

Wow, she was ripping off her brother and reporting fraudulent information to her insurance company. She was charging him almost $700 a year for a premium that she paid $300 a year and lying about the actual owner of the motorcycle.

I feel like if I’m risking having you on my insurance, and if you get in an accident n my premium goes up I can charge wtf ever I want🤷🏽‍♀️

The brother had a dui and his insurance would have been astronomical. The sister took a big risk getting insurance for him in her name and had every right to charge him whatever she wanted for doing that for him.
