When a scammer connected to my PC, I was able to reverse their connection and discover that they had CCTV. You're going to see the most detailed exposé of a tech support scam ever seen on RU-vid. The company were called Faremart.com - A travel agency in Delhi who use their buildings and VOIP telephony to run various scams. They are one of hundreds of scam call centres in India and this one group will make over $3 million per year with scams.

It's so surreal seeing an entire office floor designated to scamming people. Folks pouring coffee, having lunch, chatting, bored, just doing their ordinary day. But their ordinary day is stealing thousands of dollars from innocent people. The fact that they're actively ruining people's lives is either lost on them or they just don't care.

There are many people, in both first and second world countries, that are constantly ruining peoples life. Some do it legitimately, these guys are breaking the law. But remember that the workers here didn't choose scamming people because they enjoy it. They put the morale aside because they need money so bad, not because they are cold-blooded liars.

I’ve come across this channel by recently seeing Scammer Payback. The work you all do is amazing. I don’t know how anyone can sit there knowing full well you’re conning someone out of their hard earned cash, and do it day in, day out, and even joke around with other people in the office. Honestly though, I used to see this at work a lot selling phones, even if you're NOT technical.. Hacking into the cams can be pretty easy if you know where to look. Since he has wireshark I doubt it was a far fitch from figuring out their CCTV ip address. Heck, if you type a certain URL link into google you'll get a bunch of cameras all over the world, normally unsecure.

@salil panwar umm no. Actually pc's are used also to monitor cctv's. Certain cctvs like the one they are using either uploads directly to their cloud or downloads the feed directly to their memory. Now this guy reversehacked the pc of the scammer which in turn gave him access to the cctv feed either in the cloud or in the memory. Thats all no need for an insider.
