Book the more affordable campsites here: dwnp@gov.bw - they manage plenty of campsites in the central Kalahari, Khutse game reserve and Mabuasehube amongst others. Expect slow responses, and be specific on what campsites you want, because they arent very helpful providing you with a list of availability. Do your research first, then email to book.
Inter tourism group (info@inter-tourismgroup.com) is where you book the privately owned campsites in Mabuasehube, and the most popular ones (Mabua, and Mpaya campsites). They are super expensive, and never very helpful or service minded. They have one person staffed at the gate that is supposed to come in every day to clean the campsite, pick up trash and provide firewood if you order. We saw him once in 6 nights, and made a complaint. It is what it is in these remote areas, so try and look past bad service.
Bigfoot tours also operates in CKGR, but is a private operator so more expensive: www.bigfoottours.co.bw/
