@@Freedom20255i agree, another reason why we need real leaders because a regular citizen can’t just come up with all that without a real leadership and management. The leaders have the ways and means to build project and train people
@@samuellopesbaule5745kenya doesn’t run africa nor drive any significant influence. Your next president will still be struggling to return troops from that American assignment in Haiti.
@@zazzleq6139Haiti is just Africa away from Africa. Fellow black men are getting slaughtered there and we as Africans just fold our hands and watch, and expect the white man to stop the massacre of our fellow brethren. More African troops need to be send there otherwise we are not going anywhere as a continent.
I'm ashamed as a South African not to be aware that our neighbours have such a man at helm, he said " we will talk until they listen and there's many ways to talk" 😂😂😂😂
South Africa already produces its own vaccines. He on the other hand is hosting a US military convoy this month and the US has a military base in his country. His ties with the West are going to ruin that country.
Why would you be ashamed when you’re one people with Batswana? Why would you compete against yourself? Batswana never feel ashamed when South Africans do something better than them 😂🤷🏿♂️ See, this is why you need your land back before they open the border. Your Ubuntu is getting erased. You can’t compare yourself with your own family 😂
We’ve been at it for over 20 years nonstop… we are fatigued (and ridiculed) All this we inherited because Mugabe bulldozed the decision upon the nation and now the whole nation has become a scapegoat used to warn other nations not to redistribute land. So most of us can’t win either you support Mugabe…or you are a White-Farmer murderer (yet in truth you are none of those).
I am from South Africa and love this President and his leadership. I would not say he is disrespectful, he is just playing the devils advocate showing what kind of posture The President could encounter from the west.
It's wonderful to see President Masisi being recognized for his dedication to Botswana's interests. His efforts reflect a growing sentiment across Africa for greater respect and equitable treatment on the global stage. It's indeed time for African countries to be acknowledged not just for their potential, but for their contributions and sovereignty. Leaders like President Masisi are pivotal in shaping this new era of dignity and respect for African nations.
William Ruto holds a PhD, and yet can't position himself as an african leader compared to President Masisi. Nana Akufo-Ado same thing....so, academic titles are not the sign of being well-educated!
Quite a good leader for his country.Contrary to most other 'African leaders' who only talk and do nothing, this president follows up his talk with action.
Afrika risen. I hope regional bodies and AU are in step with the thinking of Masisi and the presidents of Angola and Namibia. Western powers need to understand that colonial era is gone forever.
Very articulate and confident politician. Gives me hope for the future of Africa. I don't understand the criticism towards the interviewer, he asked some difficult questions, yes, but that's the job of all journalists and also is precisely the smart answers to those questions that made Masisi shine!
Good balanced anchor and a clear President. I have been to Botswana. The west has to give its rich professional inputs and genorisity and magnanimity in attitude to the wild life conservation balance. The elephants have to be protected but they are a hinderance to the poor livelihoods. Areal empathetic financial assistance and prudence required. The Beers agreement is absolutely true and well balanced by the President. WEST NEEDS TO AID BOTSWANA.
BRICS is just a scam. We can't be leaving the 'democratic colonial group' (G-7), to a brutal 'undemocratic colonial group' (BRICS). Please Africa will remain independent from all foreign influence ,including the scam called BRICS.
Exceedingly proud of my President on this account and for representing Botswana and Africa so powerfully. One can only hope other African leaders will pick a leaf from this for the sake of all of us Africa
We are a New Generation of Botswana , our Leadership is such as well Our President is indeed PRESSING THE DENTS AND ensuring that what we known about is what is seen of us. Thank you
Wonderful MOG OUR PRESIDENT, beautiful interview. A very learned man eho speaks from the heart. Continue talking they have to answer one way or the other. God bless you Mr. President and may God bless Bitswana and the whole of Africa. 👏♥️🌹
This guy is a boss, absoulutely respect him. I wish our president (South Africa) would fight as hard regarding our natural endowments and how they are shipped off to the west.
It's time for African countries to reclaim sovereignty and stop asking for help while you have enough resources for development for your country and improve the life of the citizens .
Africa must be respected great and developed, no more Western looting in Africa, no more visa free for Europeans travelling to Africa, Africans deserves good living too, we must be treated equal like Europeans and the rest of the world.
My president in true resolute form 😄he wasn't there to abide by autocratic notions and mind games that impede plain dialogue on neo-colonialism. " we will talk until they listen and there's many ways to talk". PULA!
You dont need to be offended by their colonial decision. Simply stop selling diamonds to them! They need the diamonds so tell them that if they need them they should come to Gaborone
@MrOsarpong does Africa has the knowledge of producing those vaccines. If yes, I really don't believe and understand why should you be banned to produce it?
@@jeanclaudegombaniro320they can but patents and fear of getting blocked from the global financial system stop these countries from producing technology they have the know how to.
@@jeanclaudegombaniro320lmao when you are forbidden to invent or face sanctions what do you do?? The US and EU control the money and they can suffocate anyone especially African countries.
Absolutely! Great leader, well-educated, and young! Diomaye Faye should learn from Masisi what does mean to be a great african leader! 👏🏿👏🏿👍🏿👍🏿👌🏿👌🏿✊🏿✊🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Proud of my president. Especially how he has stood up for Botswana's interests. Its time African countries be treated with respect not as an after thought
As a SADC Neighbour, I must admit I am deeply inspired by the President of Botswana. It is inspiring to see that there are still leaders willing to put the needs of the people First. Years of looking down on Africans are over.
