@@wreagfe Except he was extremely consistent podium finisher and occasional race winner during his Mercedes stint. And he only had 4-5 off-weekends in a 24 race calendar.

I think this is peak Boats! He seems very happy. He's usually pretty solid in a car that isn't at all solid. And that hair! Wicked flow!! I hope he's in F1 for a few more years. I'd love to see him go back to Williams. He's a terrific and fast teammate for Albon, but not someone who's going to cause problems.

Valtteri has always been one of my favorite F1 drivers. 100% deserves to be on the grid for the next few years. I was hoping he'd get signed by Haas. Not happening now. Williams should grab him immediately and so should Alpine or anyone else. Proven to be super fast, great team player, great team mate, highly intelligent and I'm sure he could develop a slow car into a competitive car as good or better than most. Of course, funding required to back the development is mandatory.
