How do folks use catfish to catch cobia? Chunks?

Wow you really like those thin rods, ey, Blair? I can see how those cobia look like catfish but that pectoral fin and head from above looks just like a young shark. Side profile? Catfish totally! Amazing looking fish and a rather slimy skin.
