Madflex is next level sometimes man. Rahny was dope but the conviction flex has just makes the bars carry even more impact shits hard to beat if you're not an absolutely A1 performer
+F. tonkonst There isn't a battle emcee alive that doesn't have a corny side, rahney just not that polished when you really get down to it. His delivery is pretty shaky/lacks conviction since he rushes through all the material, and yeah the bars are present, but his cadence almost always lacks energy which guess what? those are three things madflex does well with ease... so imo it was a lot wider of a gap than even the madflex fans are saying. The boy was flying at cruising altitude while rahney was still putting up the landing gear. Not gonna lie I usually only take subjective battle rap opinions seriously when they mention objective aspects to back it up, and "the boy is corny sometimes" just dont hold up as real criticism to me....

Great match up I've been a fan of flex since I saw his battle with aftershock he's been on another level lately second watch for rahney he held it down had great material but madflex got the win his rounds hit harder and his cadence was stronger for sure great efforts on both emcees both are truly talented great battle for the zay!
Also with the winner getting the title shot, I think the other battler should battle Remy D. He was impressive against Sam Kolt and either battler would be a good match up for him stylistically.
macc24usc I got Madflex winning this battle so makes sense. Rahney and Remy D would work well. Remy D said he would like to battle P Nut. If those were his next two battle on BOTZ I ain’t complaining.
flex 3-0, no body, rahney had some crazy shit but it wasn't put together or delivered as solid. and Madflex pen edged every round bar-wise IMO dope battle overall

1st Round most debatable (Flex) 2nd Round most clear (Rahney) 3rd Round (Rahney) Rahney 2-1. Rahney's pen clearly outclasses Madflex's, let's not even play. However, Madflex has way better delivery. Rahney's monotonous delivery doesn't help. Someone needs to breakdown his bars to show just how fire he actually was and how many sleeper bars he had in this battle. Literally 50% of his bars were slept on. Example Rahney bars that were slept on @8:29: Brian Demann (Brian the man), so basic that your name is a sentence without adjectives/ No gender bias because you can be Demann (a man) in his fam without having dicks (exclusive of gender since a male or female family member will be a Demann)/ and you literally have the swagger of a battle rapper mannequin (Flex is effeminate and like a mannequin which has no dick or genitals in general)/ And that's not what they means when they say you supposed (pose) to be fly (mannequin pose)/because you that battle rapper that tell other battle rappers what they're supposed to be like (again like a mannequin that models the clothes at the storefront window showing how they're supposed to be worn)/he wants to rewind the lyrical flows of 2004 to 2009 because he's been a poser so long it's like he's frozen in time (He is stuck in the past and he continues to emmulate styles of the past as well as use them as a template to impose a standard on others. Flex is lacking in creativity) This isn't event a one off, he's constantly spitting metaphors and hidden schemes like this throughout the battle.
Even tho mad flex tries WAY to hard to sound like Pat Stay, he wone this battle. Rhaney should of brought the type of insane fire when he battled Carter Deems.

It was cool but he could have had other great material without spending both rounds, imo Rahney edged last 2 rounds. It is close battle 50/50 on the polls so I respect your opinion
It's not like Madflex spent 2 rounds, he spent 1 full round broke up into 2 segments. Plus, if Rahney had been more active in his time as a battler, there'd be more to talk about, and it's not like Flex didn't touch on a variety of shit. Rewatch the battle.
